| Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore some possible factors affecting the cessation of early pregnancy embryonic development, and to provide a reliable basis for the clinical formulation of comprehensive prevention and control measures to prevent and reduce the cessation of embryonic development.Methods:1.Based on a case-control study in a Grade Ⅲ A hospital in Dalian,200 cases of embryo development cessation in early pregnancy(<13 weeks)diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were selected as the case group, and early pregnancy(<13 weeks)diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound was selected as the case group.200 cases of intrauterine live fetuses whose embryonic development conformed to gestational age and size and shape were not abnormal were studied as control group.2.A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data through face-to-face surveys. The survey included general demographic characteristics, personal living habits, disease history, work and living environment before and during pregnancy, past pregnancy and maternity history and spouse-related factors.3.The collected data is used to establish the database by Epidata 3.1 software, and the data is entered by two people. After logical verification, the database is locked for statistical analysis.Univariate analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of embryo arrest by unconditional logistic regression analysis, and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the statistically significant factors of univariate analysis.Forward:LR method was used to fit(the selection and rejection criteria were 0.05,0.10).Results:1.Basic information of the subjects:This study included 200 cases in the case group and 200 cases in the control group. The average age of the case group was 30.39+3.21 years, and that of the control group was 29.24+2.96 years. The average age of the case group was higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of education and family income per month.2.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that pregnant women were more likely to stop early pregnancy embryo development with age;pregnant women whose occupations were workers and technicians, businessmen and freelancers were more likely to stop early pregnancy embryo development;pregnant women who suffered from diseases during pregnancy were prone to stop early pregnancy embryo development.Pre-pregnancy and pregnant women who stay up more than 3 days a week are more likely to have early pregnancy embryonic development arrest;smoking during the first three months of pregnancy prone to embryonic development arrest;taking contraceptives during pregnancy prone to early pregnancy embryonic development arrest;pregnant women using mobile phones during pregnancy If the time is longer than 4 hours, the time of watching TV is longer than 10 hours per week during pregnancy, the time of watching computer is longer than 45 hours per week during pregnancy, the embryonic development of early pregnancy will stop.Compared with pregnancies greater than or equal to three, pregnant women with one or two pregnancies had a lower risk of early embryonic cessation;pregnant women without a history of embryonic cessation had a lower risk of early embryonic cessation;and pregnant and pregnant women with folic acid had a lower risk of early embryonic cessation.Businessmen and freelancers with a spouse’s occupation had a higher risk of early pregnancy embryo development cessation;those who smoked more than 20 cigarettes a day before pregnancy;those who drank alcohol before pregnancy;those who consumed an average of more than 40 g alcohol per day before pregnancy were prone to embryo development cessation;those who used mobile phones more than 4 hours a day before pregnancy;and those who used mobile phones more than 4 hours a day before pregnancy.Watching TV for more than 10 hours a week and watching a computer for more than 45 hours a week before pregnancy are prone to early pregnancy embryo arrest.3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pregnant women occupied workers and technicians,OR value was 20.967(5.103-86.157);pregnant women had no history of embryonic cessation,OR value was 0.151(0.031-0.734);whether pregnant women supplemented folic acid before and during pregnancy,OR value was 0.019(0.001-0.382);whether pregnant women were sick or not.The OR value was 2.910(1.237-6.848);the OR value was 9.780(1.322-72.334)before and during pregnancy;the OR value was 4.991(2.094-11.896)for pregnant women who used mobile phones more than 4 hours a day;and the OR value was 7.749(1.854-32.387)for computer viewing more than 45 hours a week.Spouse occupations were businessmen and freelancers with OR values of 7.290(3.260-16.300);long use of mobile phones before pregnancy,OR values of 3.928(1.997-7.723);daily smoking of more than 20 cigarettes before pregnancy,OR values of 8.394(2.21 1-31.862);average daily alcohol intake of spouses before pregnancy was more than 40g,OR values of 9.813(3.661).26.302).Conclusion:The risk factors for embryo development in early pregnancy include:the occupations of pregnant women are workers and technicians, pregnant sickness, living in houses newly decorated for less than half a year before and during pregnancy, pregnant women using mobile phones longer every day, pregnant women using computers longer every week, spouses occupying businessmen and freelancers, spouses using mobile phones longer before pregnancy, spouses smoking more every day before pregnancy, spouses using computers longer.A large daily intake of alcohol before pregnancy. The protection factors include:pregnant women did not have embryonic cessation, pregnant women before and during pregnancy folic acid supplementation, early pregnancy embryonic development. |
