Clinical Study On Improvement Of Menopause Of Breast Cancer By Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction

Objective:The aim of this tial is to explore the clinical effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction on improving climacteric syndrome caused by oral aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer through clinical research,and to provide useful reference value for clinical treatment of climacteric syndrome caused by oral aromatase inhibitor.Methods:According to the investigation,diagnostic criteria and statistics of fluid diseases,55 patients with climacteric syndrome due to oral aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,27 cases in the experimental group,28 cases in the control group,and oral aromatase inhibitor for the control group.At the same time,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group was combined with the addition and subtraction of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction.According to the improved Kupperman score and TCM symptom score,The clinical curative effects of two groups of climacteric syndrome improvement were compared.Results:After comparing the two groups,the effect of Bupleurum plus Longgu Muli Decoction on improving menopausal syndrome caused by oral aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer in this experiment is better than that in the control group.Clinical symptom analysis:after treatment,the total curative effects of climacteric syndrome-like symptoms in the two groups are significantly different(p<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.For the evaluation of drug-related adverse events,patient compliance and drug safety,this study only detects that drugs are safe enough,and no obvious toxic and side effects are found.Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction can improve the quality of life of climacteric syndrome patients caused by oral aromatase inhibitors,reduce adverse reactions of endocrine therapy,and provide therapeutic ideas for clinical endocrine therapy of climacteric syndrome.
