Objective: This study is mainly the effect of Xiaoliu Pill on the recurrence of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with bloody endometrial polyps(EP).Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoliu Pill in order to make a useful exploration to reduce the recurrence of EP.Methods: We collected gynaecological inpatients and outpatients in our hospital.60 patients with pathologically clear EP and who were diagnosed as blood stasis syndrome by Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.Control group: regular follow-up after surgery,no intervention treatment.Treatment group: hysteroscopic surgery + tumor elimination pills. The treatment group was treated with oral Xiaoliu pills one week after EP,one morning and eight times, each time 9g,the oral administration of the drug was stopped, one course of treatment was a menstrual cycle, three courses were required for continuous treatment, and observed after 6 months after operation.EP recurrence, endometrial thickness and clinical syndrome of Chinese medicine.Results:(1)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.67%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 26.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Endometrial thickness: 6 months after EP,the treatment group and Compared with the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)TCM syndrome score: 6 months after EP,compared with the control group,P<0.05,statistically significant;(4)TCM syndrome Efficacy: 6 months after EP,the effective rate of the treatment group(100%)compared with the control group(86.67%),P <0.05,statistically significant;(5)liver and kidney function: liver and kidney before and after surgery The function was in the normal range. After T test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Oral anti-tumor pills after hysteroscopic surgery can reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the endometrial thickness, improve the clinical syndrome of TCM,and have good safety and no serious side effects. After recurrence provides a new idea,it is worthy of clinical application promotion and research. |
