| Objective: The mortality of patients with acute pulmonary embolism complicated with pulmonary hypertension is high.To observe the levels of serological indicators in patients with acute pulmonary embolism in different pulmonary hypertension groups, and to explore the value of serological indicators such as serum uric acid, serum cystatin C,erythrocyte distribution width and c-reactive protein in the evaluation of patients with acute pulmonary embolism. The mortality of patients with acute pulmonary embolism complicated with pulmonary hypertension is high.To observe the levels of serological indicators in patients with acute pulmonary embolism in different pulmonary hypertension groups, and to explore the value of serological indicators such as serum uric acid, serum cystatin C,erythrocyte distribution width and c-reactive protein in the evaluation of patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods: Patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from 2015 to 2017 were collected and 138 cases were included in a retrospective study, which were divided into non-pulmonary hypertension group(38 cases),mild pulmonary hypertension group(37 cases),moderate pulmonary hypertension group(32 cases),and severe pulmonary thromboembolism group(31 cases).General data and serological indicators between the four groups were analyzed. Results: There was a difference in the distribution width of serum uric acid and erythrocytes between acute pulmonary embolism and pulmonary hypertension(P <0.05).Pairwise comparison after the event showed that the distribution width of serum uric acid and erythrocytes was positively correlated with pulmonary hypertension(all P <0.05).Age was positively correlated with the degree of pulmonary artery pressure(r=0.235,P=0.005),and heart rate was positively correlatedwith the degree of pulmonary artery pressure(r=0.181,P=0.034),that is,the older age was,the faster heart rate was,and the higher pulmonary artery pressure was.Pulmonary artery pressure was positively correlated with the risk stratification of acute pulmonary embolism(P < 0.01),that is,the higher the pulmonary artery pressure was,the higher the risk stratification of pulmonary embolism was. Conclusions:In patients with acute pulmonary embolism, the higher the pulmonary artery pressure is,the higher the level of uric acid and erythrocyte distribution width is.Uric acid and erythrocyte distribution width can reflect the pulmonary artery pressure and indicate the severity of the condition of patients with acute pulmonary embolism. The higher the pulmonary artery pressure is,the higher the risk stratification of patients with acute pulmonary embolism is.Therefore,it is of certain value to observe the changes of serological indexes and evaluate the pulmonary artery pressure in the risk stratification and prognosis evaluation of acute pulmonary embolism. |
