Correlation Between Hepatitis B Virus Deoxyribonucleic Acid And Alpha-foetoprotein、Carcinoembryonic Antigen In Patients With Hepatitis B Cirrhosis In Northern Guangxi | | Posted on:2020-08-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C Tan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330572470053 | Subject:Internal medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To investigate the relationship between hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV DNA)load and alpha-foetoprotein(AFP)、carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in northern Guangxi.Methods:HBV DNA、AFP、CEA、Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were collected from 154patients with hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)negative hepatitis B cirrhosis who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology from November 2010to November 2018 in Guilin Medical College Hospital.To compare the relationship between AFP and ALT、AST.Then,according to liver function,the patients were divided into normal liver function group and abnormal liver function group.The two groups of patients were divided into three groups according to the HBV DNA viral load:low viral load group:less than 1.0×10~3IU/mL,medium viral load group:1.0×10~3~1.0×10~5 IU/mL,high viral load Group:greater than 1.0×10~5 IU/mL,analysis the relationship between HBV DNA load and AFP、CEA in normal and abnormal liver function.Finally,the overall AFP levels of HBV DNA negative group and HBV DNA positive group were compared.Results:The correlation analysis between AFP and ALT、AST showed that AFP was positively correlated with ALT(P<0.05),Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.411,AFP was positively correlated with AST(P<0.05),and Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.502.The correlation analysis between HBV DNA and AFP、CEA showed that:HBV DNA in normal liver function group was positively correlated with AFP(P<0.05),and the Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.499.There was no significant correlation between HBV DNA and CEA(P>0.05);HBV DNA in abnormal liver function group was positively correlated with AFP(P<0.05),and the Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.547;There was no significant correlation between HBV DNA and CEA(P>0.05).The overall level of AFP in HBV DNA negative group and HBV DNA positive group was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:When the AFP value does not meet the diagnostic criteria for liver cancer,patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)cirrhosis with elevated AFP who have a higher HBV DNA will have a higher risk of canceration;CEA combined with HBV DNA levels did not play a predictive role in hepatocellular carcinoma risk in patients with CHB. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | CHB, HBV DNA, AFP, CEA | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
