| Objective:Through the induction of ancient medical literature and summarizes the rules of application of Mingmen(DU4),in order to provide the basis for the clinical.Methods:Retrieve the Chinese medical cover Chinese medicine monographs,categorizing the retrieval results into the database,using Microsoft Office Excel software to induce and statistics the data,summarize its clinical features:its advantages in treatment of disease syndrome,high frequency compatibility acupoints,common acupuncture moxibustion methods,etc.Results:This study includes 58 books and 253 articles,summarized the Mingmen(DU4)single cavity can treat 23 kinds of diseases,including 10 kinds of advantages for lumbago,headache,epileptic syndrome,etc,acupoints compatibility treatment 38 kinds of diseases,including 10 kinds of advantages,oculopathy,frequent urination,spermatorrhea,etc,compatible109 acupoints,and the first three acupoints are Shenshu(BL 23),Ganshu(BL18),and Qihai(CV6);Commonly used acupuncture moxibustion method is acupuncture depth of five points,moxibustion three.Conclusion:In this study,the characteristics of the ancient clinical application of Mingmen(DU4)have been excavated comprehensively,which has great reference value for modern clinical and scientific research. |
