| Adolescent scoliosis has now become the one of a high incidence of disease,its etiology is unclear,and correcting method is unitary,serious harm to the healthy growth of teenagers.Core strength training has been widely used in many fields as a new strength training method.Core strength training can improve the core muscle strength,enhance the stability of the core area,and improve the muscle in the core area of the patients with scoliosis.Objective: to explore the effect of core strength training on adolescent scoliosis.Methods: questionnaire survey and experiment method were used to understand teenagers’ cognition of scoliosis and the influence of adolescents’ daily life habit on the spine of adolescents.In this study,the patients were screened for the patients with scoliosis and underwent eight weeks of core strength training intervention to observe the changes of various effect indexes before and after the experiment.Research results: according to the survey,sedentary and sleep on one side of the highest proportion in the youth daily habits,adolescent spinal scoliosis and related aspects of the lack of knowledge,to protect the spine lack of consciousness,and adolescents’ physical exercise seriously insufficient,become the important factor of adolescent spinal disease rate.After eight weeks of core strength training,the subjects showed significant improvement in the core area of muscle strength,core stability,flexibility and lateral bending distance.Among them,the strength of the back muscle of the male subjects increased by 5.14 kg,which increased by 7.4%,and the strength of the dorsal muscle of the female subjects increased by 4.67 kg,which increased by8.2%.The male subjects’ sit-ups increased by 4,by 12.6%,and the female subjects’ sit-ups increased by 2.56,which increased by 7.8%.In the male subjects,the score of the eight-grade ventral bridge increased by 4.86 points and 141.7%,and the score of the eight-grade abdominal bridge of the female subjects increased by 2.34 points,which increased by 68.2%.The anterior flexure of the male seated body was increased by 2.1cm and 16.8%,and the female subjects were raised 1.75 cm in front of the seat body,which increased by 10.1%.The transverse distance of the male subjects decreased by 0.42 cm,decreased by 93.3%,and the transverse distance of the female subjects decreased by 0.38 cm,which decreased by 84.4%.Research purposes: the core strength training can effectively promote the adolescent patients with scoliosis core muscle strength and core region stability and flexibility of core area,the core strength training can effectively alleviate the symptoms of adolescent scoliosis patients,reduce the degree of scoliosis,is an effective method for prevention and treatment of adolescent scoliosis. |
