| Objective To analyze risk factors of placenta previa with placental implantation, and discuss the effects of ring sewing in cervical and lower uterine segment on maternal and infant outcomes. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 364 patients with placenta previa treated in AnQing Hospital Affiliated to An’hui Medical University during August 2013 to February 2017.In which that there were 75 cases(observation group)of placental placenta previa with placental implantation and 289 cases(control group)only of placental placenta previa, and risk factors of placental placenta previa were analyzed. In observation group,Ring Sewing in Cervical and Lower Uterine Segment was carried out in 25 cases(ring group),50 cases underwent traditional surgery(traditional group),and compare the two groups of patients with maternal and infant outcomes. Results Pregnancy, abortion, cesarean section and placental type are the single risk factors for placenta previa(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of placenta previa, pregnancy, abortion, cesarean delivery, and placental previa were all independent risk factors(P<0.05).In the ring group, intraoperative blood loss, total blood transfusion, length of hospital stay and ICU transfer rate were all significantly lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time and uterine excision rate between the two groups(P >0.05).Apgar score of 1 min and 5 min at birth was statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in neonatal admission rate and birth weight between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions Ring Sewing in Cervical and Lower Uterine Segment can effectively reduce the harm of placenta previa and placenta implantation of maternal and infant.。. |
