Design And Implementation Of A Medical Prescription Analysis System

With our country medical insurance coverage expansion,security level improvetion,convenient service promotion,criminals illegal operations the arbitrage of the medical insurance fund is increasing driven by the interests,especially the medical staff,the unreasonable medical behavior to show the medical insurance fund.In medical treatment,health care workers through the issue with the patient does not match the prescription,such as the diagnosis of disease characteristics,individual characteristics,and the characteristics of the prescription and the patient's own situation does not match the patient's own situation,through unreasonable prescriptions to cheat Medicare fund.In this regard,we can check the medical treatment process through the establishment of the relevant health monitoring system to check whether there is unreasonable medical behavior,unreasonable medical behavior mainly through the prescription,and check the rationality of the prescription and the comparison of the standard prescription knowledge base,through the comparison of the results to determine whether the prescription is reasonable.So this article focuses on how to establish a prescription knowledge base and how to carry out the comparison of prescription.To solve the above problems,this paper studies and implements a medical prescription analysis system.The main research contents include:(1)the representation of a medical case knowledge base is presented,and the representation method for expressing the relationship of N element and fuzzy membership function and fuzzy membership degree are proposed.(2)a case similarity reasoning method is studied.Through the calculation of the similarity of the type,the data type and the object properties,the total similarity is calculated.(3)to construct the knowledge base of the medical health field by combining the characteristics of the domain knowledge and the application requirement.(4)the integration of semantic Web technology and prescription knowledge base,realized the prototype of a medical prescription analysis system,and the case representation and case similarity reasoning method were verified.In short,this paper proposes a model for expressing N-ary relations based on the standard semantic Web technology,which can be used to express case knowledge at the semantic level.And on this basis,this paper proposes a medical case similarity reasoning method,that is,through this model to infer the overall degree of compliance of the prescription and the prescription.Finally,a medical prescription analysis system is designed and implemented in detail.
