Clinical Observation Of The Psychological Symptoms And Quality Of Life Of Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Objective: To investigate psychological symptoms and inflammatory bowel disease group and the relationship between the quality of life,for clinically with mental abnormality of IBD patients to provide the corresponding psychotherapy to provide certain theoretical basis.Methods: 159 patients were diagnosed with IBD in the department of gastroenterology of Nanjing general hospital of the Chinese people's liberation army from October 2016 to December 2017,among which CD 89 and UC 70 were selected.There were 89 healthy people.Using general situation table,self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS),90 symptom checklist(SCL-90)and inflammatory bowel disease quality of life questionnaire(IBDQ),health survey profiles(SF-36)for psychological evaluation,according to the score statistics analysis,compare the effects of psychological symptoms and life quality of IBD patients.Results: Compared with the healthy control group,IBD patients were more prone to somatization,coercion,interpersonal relationship,depression,hostility,bigotry and other characteristics,and were more serious.Active IBD patients were more prominent in somatization,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression,hostility and bigotry.However,there was no significant difference between UC and CD(p <0.05).The incidence of anxiety was 22.64%,the incidence of depression was 43.41%,and the overall incidence of anxiety or depression was 39.62%.The mental health,physical health and social function of IBD patients were all affected.Multiple regression analysis showed that disease,depression,interpersonal relationship and bigotry were the factors influencing the quality of life of IBD patients.Among them,active period patient,depression and paranoid symptom is high,life quality is poor.IBD patients with abnormal psychological symptoms were worse(p<0.05)in total score,body,intestinal and emotional life.Conclusion: In the face of IBD patients with abnormal psychology such as anxiety,depression and paranoid,we should identify and take effective psychological intervention and treatment as soon as possible to relieve the physiological and psychological damage caused by abnormal psychology,and strive to improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of disease.
