Analysis Of The Causes And Prognostic Factors Of Spontaneous Rupture Hemorrhage Of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective:To explore the causes and prognostic factors of spontaneous rupture and hemorrhage(SRHCC)of primary liver cancer(HCC),and to find out the effect of influencing the rupture and bleeding of liver cancer and the related factors of the prognosis of the patients.Method:65 cases of SRHCC patients admitted from the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University from June 2006 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,65 cases of primary liver cancer were randomly selected as the control group.The influencing factors of spontaneous rupture and bleeding of the patients with primary liver cancer were analyzed,and the patients with SRHCC were analyzed.COX survival analysis was conducted to find out the prognostic factors affecting the rupture and bleeding of hepatocellular carcinoma.Result:1.Univariate analysis showed that AFP>400ng/ml,tumor surface>1 cm,PT,FIB,HBsAb may be a risk factor for SRHCC(p<0.05).2.Multivariate analysis showed that HBsAb were independent risk factors for liver cancer rupture and bleeding(p<0.05).3.Single factor analysis found that liver function classification,choice of treatment,PLT,total bile red level and albumin level may affect the survival rate of SRHCC(p<0.05).4.Multivariate analysis showed that Child Pugh,total bilirubin level and albumin level were independent factors affecting the survival time of patients(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.HBsAb are the independent risk factors for liver cancer rupture and bleeding.2.Child Pugh,total bilirubin level and albumin level are independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients.
