The Expression And Clinical Significance Of SUMO-1 And P53 Protein In Uterine Leiomyosarcoma | | Posted on:2019-12-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:G L F Zhu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330572455123 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To learn the different expression and significance of SUMO-1 and P53 protein in uterine leiomyosarcoma and uterine leiomyoma.Methods:From March 2006 to March 2012,20 cases of uterine leiomyosarcoma and 29 cases of uterine leiomyoma operated in Women’s Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University were collected.Immunohistochemical Envision method was used to detecte the expression level of SUMO-1 and P53 in 49 cases with uterine sarcoma,and prognosis were followed up by telephone in 20 cases of uterine leiomyosarcoma.The chi-square test or exact probability method was used to compare the intensity and difference of SUMO-1 and P53 protein expression in uterine leiomyoma and uterine leiomyosarcoma.The correlation analysis between SUMO-1 and P53 protein expression was based on rank correlation in uterine leiomyosarcoma.The survival analysis of the SUMO-1 and P53 expression in uterine leiomyosarcoma was performed by Kaplan-Meier and Log-rank test.Results:1.The positive expression rate of SUMO-1 and P53 in uterine leiomyosarcoma are separately 85.0%、30.0%.The positive expression rate of SUMO-1 and P53 in uterine leiomyoma are separately 51.7%、0%.The positive expression intensity of SUMO-1 and P53 protein in uterine leiomyosarcoma was significantly higher than that in uterine leiomyoma(p<0.05).2.There was no significant difference between SUMO-1 or P53 protein expression with tumor stage,lymphatic metastasis,tumor size and age(p>0.05).3.There was no significant correlation between SUMO-1 and P53 protein expression in leiomyosarcoma of the uterus(p>0.05).4.The 1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were 73.3%,66.7%and 60%in uterine leiomyosarcoma with the SUMO-1 positive expression.The 1-year,3-year survival rates were 75%and 50%in uterine leiomyosarcoma with the SUMO-1 negative expression.There was no significantly difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 75%,71%and 65%in uterine leiomyosarcoma(stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ)with the SUMO-1 positive expression.The 1-year and 3-year survival rates were 65%and 33%in uterine leiomyosarcoma(stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ)with the SUMO-1 negative expression.There was no significantly difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 83.3%,66.7%and 66.7%in uterine leiomyosarcoma with the P53 positive expression.The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 69.2%,61.5%and 53.8%in uterine leiomyosarcoma with the P53 negative expression.There was no significantly difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The 1-year survival rate was 80%in uterine leiomyosarcoma(stageⅠ-Ⅱ)with the P53 positive expression.The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 75%,59%,and 50%in uterine leiomyosarcoma(stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ)with the P53 negative expression.There was no significantly difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.P53 and SUMO-1 may be implicated in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyosarcoma.2.SUMO-1 and P53 is useful in differentiating uterine leiomyosarcoma from uterine leiomyoma,but both of them have no significant correlation with the prognosis of leiomyosarcoma of the uterus. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | SUMO-1, P53, uterine leiomyosarcoma, uterine leiomyoma | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
