Objective:To investigate the effect of the position management on the unplanned machine in the process of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),and then verify the effect of the position management and its nursing countermeasures in clinical application. Methods: the purpose sampling method was used in this study.60 patients who were treated with continuous renal replacement(CRRT)were selected from October 2015 to December 2016 in the cardiovascular surgical intensivecare unit of a hospital in Changchun. All the patients were divided into two groups. The patient who received body position management weredivided into the intervention group and the others received normal management were divided intothe control group. The clinical data of the two groups were collected. All the clinical data were processed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,t and ?2test were used to decided the difference of effect.Rank sum test was used to measure data which did not accord with normal distribution. The difference of clinical research was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results: the results of statistical analysis confirmed that the number of non planned CRRT patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of the non planned machinein the two groups(P>0.05)may be due to the smaller samples of the two groups. At the same time, the average time of using the filter in the intervention group was longer than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of input pressure alarms of the intervention group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the time of relieving pressure was significantly less than that of the intervention group(P<0.05),which proved that the nursing intervention was effective. The above experiments confirmed the influence of posture management on CRRT unplanned evacuation. The nursing measures implemented in this group were effective. After the implementation of the standardized position management, the patient's satisfaction was greatly improved. The standardized position management had been proved on the nursing work.It is sufficient to prove the clinical significance of the nursing methods of the body position management. Conclusion: the implementation of standardized body position management can effectively reduce the occurrence of unplanned machine during CRRT treatment, reduce the frequency of input pressure alarm, prolong the use of filter, ensure the patient's comfort and compliance, and improve the patient's satisfaction during the treatment.
