Purpose: To understand the status of breast cancer cognition and self-examination of breast cancer in 240 community nurses in Jiamusi and to analyze the influencing factors.In order to improve the cognitive level of breast cancer in community nurses,some reasonable suggestions are put forward.To enhance their own awareness of health care.It makes it better to give full play to the role and function of the women's health educators while doing a good two level prevention of breast disease.Methods: A method of stratified random sampling,240 nurses in Jiamusi City 32 community health service center as the research object.The questionnaire was used in the questionnaire survey of systematic health education for women's breast cancer in three counties of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan.Field investigation and recovery.Data processing and statistical analysis are carried out on the collected data,database is established by Epidata3.1 software,and descriptive statistics,t test,chi square test,variance analysis,rank sum test and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data analysis with spss19.0software.Results:(1)The knowledge average score of breast cancer in community nurses is21.04±5.12,the entries is 0.62 + 0.15.The items of basic knowledge and prophylaxis are slightly higher than those of other dimensions.Different age,different educational background,different professional titles,different years of employment and continuing education will have an influence on the difference of knowledge score of breast cancer in community nurses and has statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The self-examination rate of community nurses was 46.85%,and only 41.90% of the community nurses did self-examination according to the standard method.Different age,different educational background,different professional titles,different years of employment have an influence on the difference of knowledge score of breast cancer in community nurses and has statistical significance(P<0.05).Educational factors have an impact on the differences in the methods of breast self-examination and has statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)The average score of health belief of community nurses is 99.15±10.57.Different age,different educationalbackground,different professional titles,different years of employment and continuing education will have little influence on the difference of health belief score of community nurses.(4)The cognitive scores of breast cancer of the community nurses were related to the health beliefs,and the factors influencing the total score of breast cancer knowledge in community nurses mainly include age,willingness to participate in continuing education and perceived barriers.Conclusions: Community nurses have a good knowledge of breast cancer and poor breast self-examination.The health belief and self-efficacy of community nurses are related to the knowledge score of breast cancer.Age,willingness to participate in continuing education and perceived barriers are the main factors that affect the cognition of breast cancer among community nurses.
