With the rapid development of society,due to the intense and fast rhythm of life resulting in the pressure being sharply increased,which caused the probability of disease being more higher,especially the digestive diseases.Thus,to prevent the digestive diseases from further deteriorating,the key is the patients making early digestive diseases detection,diagnosis,treatment.The medical technology,which assisting the medical staff in detecting and diagnosing the inner dieases of people,is becoming more and more advanced,and the medical endoscopy is the one of the most advanced medical technology so far.However,using the traditional fiber-based endoscope is extremely inconvenient and easily causes the patients’ pain,so people develop a wireless capsule endoscope to overcome the shortcoming of the traditional fiber-based endoscope.The capsule endoscope can generate big data when it is used to examine the digestiveevery time,the number of images is reached hundreds of pieces,it’s difficulty task for the doctors who need to select out pictures fitting the diganosis.Not only it takes most times of doctors and delays the time of diagnosis and treatment,but also doctors easily make diagnosis mistake due to the body fatigue,and every doctor select out the figures depending on the individual experience.So it is hard to get rid of the diagnosis error.It needs to develop the new technology to solve the above qusetions.Therefore,a necessay computer-aided systems will be exploited to assist the doctor in doing auxiliary treatment and can quickly issue an alert in the presence of a suspected lesion location area.On this basis,the paper presents a method of Combination of mask,which can extract the significant area of images and also prepare for the subsequent work of extracting and identifying the image characteristics.Based on the Status quo and developed direction of the human visual system and the image quality assessment,firstly the human eye’s physiological structure,the visual chatacteristics and the subjective and objective evaluation methods of image are discussed detailedly in this paper.Then,review the various common edge detection algorithms,and on the basis of the capsule endoscope generated image data,the paper proposes a algorithm of image combination masking based on HSI color space.The resulting experimental results show that the method can be more accure and is superior to the combined masking technique in YIQ color space under the certain circumstance.
