Study Of Small Dose Ezetimibe Plus Rosuvastatin In Diabetes Mellitus With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective Comparison of the efficacy and safety of half-does Ezetimibe plus half-dose Rosuvastatin versus conventional dose of resuvastatin versue double dose of resuvastatin in Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease。Methods 96 cases of patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease were divided into four groups according to the treatment plan and lipid levels: conventional dose group(Rosuvastatin 10mg/d),double dose group(Rosuvastatin 20mg/d),half-dose combined treatment group(Ezetimibe 5mg/d+Rosuvastatin 5mg/d).All patients had a 8-weeks follow-up the effectivity markers(LDL-C、TC、TG、HDL-C),safety markers(ALT、AST、CK),and also collection all the occurrence of cardiovascular events and drug adverse events during the study.Results 1)Basic line:There is no difference between four groups in age、sex、disease、treatment、lipid levels、liver and myocardial enzymes.2)Lipid levels and decline:All the three kinds of lipid-lowering therapy can significantly reduce TG、TG、LDL-C levels compared with baseline.After 8 weeks of lipid-lowering therapy,the LDL-C levels in combination treatment group is significantly lower than the conventional dose group and is the same as the double dose group.3)Lipid compliance rate: After 8 weeks of lipid-lowering therapy,the compliance rates in combination treatment group is significantly more than the conventional dose group and is the same as the double dose group.4)Safety-related indicators: After 8 weeks of lipid-lowering therapy,the incidence of adverse reactions in combination treatment group is significantly more than the double dose group and is the same as the conventional dose group.5)Cost of treatment: After 8 weeks of lipid-lowering therapy,the cost of combination treatment group lower than that of conventional dose group and double dose group.Conclusion All the kinds of lipid solutions can significantly reduce lipid levels.The ezetimibe 5mg plus rosuvastatin 5mg is better than the rosuvastatin 10 mg,and is as the same as the rosuvastatin 20 mg.The ezetimibe 5mg plus rosuvastatin 5mg has better security for the rosuvastatin 20 mg.
