A Research On Risk Control Of Drug Purchasing In T Hospital

Nowadays,rapid development of science and technology,medical technology and medical level are also steadily improving,accompanied by the medical risks have become increasingly prominent.Medical risk has become a worldwide problem.Even in the quality of medical services in China has improved,however,there is still a serious contradiction between doctors and patients,the expensive medical costs as well as the difficulty of getting medical service,which is still a headache for the majority of patients.One of the most important reason for this phenomenon is that there are loopholes in the internal control system of hospital drug purchase,and there are many imperfections in the management system of drug purchasing.Under the background of medical reform,the establishment of internal control system is playing a critical role in one hospital.Based on the analysis of hospital internal control and risk,this paper first introduces the hospital internal control and risk knowledge,and then through field investigation and research of hospitals,according to the status quo of pharmaceutical procurement process of T hospital,Including the organizational structure is irrational,the division of powers and responsibilities is not clear,there are inadequate incentive mechanism,the effective means of monitoring the implementation of the internal control of the procurement of drugs in the hospital,the management of the four parts of the analysis,Missing and so on.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the above-mentioned adverse consequences,the author puts forward some solutions and countermeasures,such as improving the organizational structure of the hospital,strengthening management training,optimizing the incentive mechanism,clarifying the responsibilities of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Administration Committee.These comments and suggestions will help improve the hospital’s drug procurement control activities,reduce the risk of medical care,drug management more orderly.
