| Objective analysis of the effect of liver transplantation on liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension by history of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage Methods the clinical data of patients with orthotopic liver transplantation from January 2007 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed in the liver and gallbladder center of our hospital.A total of 39 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage before the liver transplantation were set as bleeding group, and 41 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms were set as control group.Compare the general situation, postoperative liver function index and related therapeutic index of two groups.Results(1)there was no statistically significant difference between the gender, age distribution and the etiology of cirrhosis in the two groups, and the differences in liver function indexes were not statistically significant.(2)through the inferior vena cava inverse perfusion in situ liver transplantation after surgery, postoperative between the two groups of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartic acid transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),prothrombin(PT)and albumin(propagated)no difference, has not yet found time and interaction between groups, over time the ALT,AST,PT is falling, and propagated gradually rise.(3)There was not statistical significance in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(p>0.05).The one-year survival rates of the observation group and the control group were 79.7% and 82.7%,respectively,and there was not statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05);(4)There was not statistical significance of the difference between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion, hospitalizetion costs and hospitalization days(p>0.05).Conclusion There was not significant influence of preoperative upper gastrointestinal bleeding on the efficacy of liver transplantation in the treatment of hepatic portal hypertension. |
