Objective: A randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of electr o-acupuncture and manual acupuncture for the treatment of perimenopausal sleep disorders. It provided a reliable basis for the treatment of perimenopausal sleep disorders by acupuncture and moxibustion, and promoted the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion.Method: In this study,65 patients with perimenopausal sleep disorders who were included in the standard were divided into electroacupuncture group and acupuncture group. The main points were selected by Sanyinjiao(bilateral),Guan Yuan,Baihui,Treatment for 4 weeks,3 times a week,a total of 12 times, each treatment for 30 minutes. The primary outcome index: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI),at the time of enrollment, the fourth week of enrollment, the first 8 weeks of the evaluation of the evaluation;secondary outcome indicators: Arsenal insomnia scale(AIS),menopausal symptoms score(MRS),at the time of enrollment, the fourth week of enrollment, the first 8 weeks of evaluation of the evaluation. The adverse events were recorded at any time, and the safety evaluation and patient satisfaction were evaluated at the 8th week of the group, that is,after the observation period.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the number of cases between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Main indicators: Compared with baseline, the total score of PQSI and the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the baseline(P <0.05),and the scores returned to the follow-up period, but the follow-up period(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The scores of sleep group, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and hypnotic drug were significantly lower than those in the baseline group(P <0.05),but electro acupuncture group had a decrease in sleep time and sleep disorder score(P <0.05).especially in the sleep quality, sleep time and sleep efficiency score were better than those in the manual group(P <0.05),and the score of PQSI was lower than that of the manual group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the overall score of PQSI between the two groups(P> 0.05),but electro acupuncture group was slightly lower than the manual group(P <0.05).3.Secondary indicators: compared with the baseline period, the two groups after treatment AIS score,MRS score and the dimension scores were significantly decreased(P <0.05),the end of treatment into the follow-up period when the score appears to rise again,(P <0.05),while electro acupuncture group of the scores of AIS,MRS total score and somatic symptoms, psychological symptoms and genitourinary dimension were significantly lower in the manual acupuncture group than in the baseline group(P <0.05)Somatic symptomatic dimension decreased compared with baseline(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in AIS,MRS score and all dimensions between the two groups(P> 0.05).4.The preliminary results showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of adverse events and the safety grade(P> 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the evaluation of satisfaction(P <0.01).in conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture and manual acupuncture can significantly improve perimenopausal sleep disorders, and can also ease other perimenopausal concomitant symptoms, and has a certain sustained therapeutic effect.Electro-acupuncture may have an advantage over sleep time, sleep quality and improvement in sleep efficiency.2.Electro-acupuncture and manual acupuncture have a higher safety, but the patient’s satisfaction with the needle is higher than the manual,electro-acupuncture can be better to promote clinical.
