Objects:1.Explore the correlation between opioid receptor mu1(OPRM1)gene Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)loci rs1799971 and the individuals curative effects of acupuncturing migraine without aura(MO).2.Explore the correlation between estrogen receptor 1 gene(ESR1)SNP loci rs2228480,rs1801132 and the individuals curative effects of acupuncturing menstrual migraine(MM).Methods:1.This study included 84 cases of migraineures(including 64 cases of MO subjects,20 MM subjects)and 114 cases of healthy subjects.Headache days as the main clinical curative effect observation index,the average intensity of headache,times of headache,the average duration of headache,days out of work and study because of the headache,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and migraine patients quality of life questionnaire(MSQ)score as secondary clinical curative effect observation index,conduct different curative effect of acupuncturing migraineures,clinical evaluation and analysis.2.Using general sequencing method and the TaqMan probe genotyping method of polymerase chain reaction and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technique(PCR-RFLP)sequence respectively OPRM1 gene SNP loci rs1799971 and ESR1 gene SNP loci rs2228480,rs1801132.Explore the correlation between the two genes SNP loci and the individuals curative effects of acupuncturing migraineures.Results:1.Analysis acupuncture MO subject,clinical evaluation and explore the correlation between it and the OPRM1 gene SNP loci rs1799971.(1)Finally select 19 cases of positive MO responders,45 cases of negative MOresponders and 94 cases of healthy subjects;(2)Compared general demographic information between MO subject and healthy subjects,patient’s condition information before acupuncture between positive MO responders and negative MO responders,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),in line with the baseline balance.(3)Compared patient’s condition information after acupuncture between positive MO responders and negative MO responders,patient’s condition information of positive MO responders between before and after acupuncture in the headache days,average intensity of headache,days out of work and study because of the headache,SAS score,SDS score and MSQ score,the result shows statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),in the times of headache,the average duration of headache,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)Compared patient’s condition information of negative MO responders between before and after acupuncture in the average intensity of headache,SAS score and MSQ score,the result shows statistically significant difference(P<0.05),in the headache days,times of headache,the average duration of headache,days out of work and study because of the headache and SDS score,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(5)Compared OPRM1 gene SNP loci rs1799971 allele and genotype,s rate between MO subject and healthy subjects,between positive MO responders and negative MO responders,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(6)Compared OPRM1 gene SNP loci rs1799971 all alleles in patient’s condition information before acupuncture of positive MO responders and negative MO responders,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.Analysis acupuncture MM subject,clinical evaluation and explore the correlation between it and ESR1 SNP loci rs2228480,rs1801132.(1)Finally select 7 cases of positive MM responders,13 cases of negative MM responders and 20 cases of healthy subjects;(2)Compared general demographic information between MM subject and healthysubjects,patient’s condition information before acupuncture between positive MM responders and negative MM responders,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),in line with the baseline balance.(3)Compared patient’s condition information after acupuncture between positive MM responders and negative MM responders,the patient’s condition information of positive MM responders between before and after acupuncture in the headache days,average intensity of headache,in the times of headache,the average duration of headache,days out of work and study because of the headache and MSQ score,the result shows statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the SAS score and SDS score result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)Compared patient’s condition information of negative MM responders between before and after acupuncture in the average intensity of headache,MSQ score,the result shows statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),in the headache days,times of headache,the average duration of headache,days out of work and study because of the headache,SAS score and SDS score,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(5)Compared ESR1 gene SNP loci rs2228480,rs1801132 allele and genotype,s rate between MM subject and healthy subjects,between positive MM responders and negative MM responders,the result shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Puncturing MO can improve the patient life quality by reducing headache days,decreasing headache intensity,shorting days out of work because of the headache,decreasing the SAAscore,SDSscore and MSQ score.2.Puncturing MM can improve the patient life quality by reducing headache days,decreasing headache intensity and times of headache,shorting the average duration of headache and days out of work because of the headache,decreasing MSQ score.3.Don,t find the correlation between OPRM1 gene SNP loci rs1799971 and the individuals curative effects of acupuncturing MO.4.Don,t find the correlation between ESR1 gene SNP loci rs2228480,rs1801132 and the individuals curative effects of acupuncturing MM.
