Analysis Of Therapeutic Effect And Related Factors Of Tinnitus Treated By Acupuncture

Objective:To provide a safe and effective Clinical protocols and basis method for tinnitus treatment,giving tinnitus treatment of Pestle needle further study reference.Methods: This experiment will be randomized patients,complete inventory,different treatments according to the group:pestle needle treatment.Operating tools:seven obsidian mixed yuan pestle,the five-star three pestle,vajra,kuixing pen.Main point:the best eight arrays,ear contour,wind mansion to the gate of vitality car passage + clinical dialectical match point..Each patient operation for 30 min in the patient with gas.A week 1,3,5 or 2,4,6,treatment.2 weeks for a course of treatment.A total of 4 weeks,two course of treatment.Resting 1 day after a course of treatment,then continue the next course of treatment.Control group: Auricular therapy.Tinnitus side sticking auricular points,then press,patients with mild pain can be tolerated or skin fever is all right.Press 3 times every day,each time 5 min.Patient need change his auricular points after two days.2 weeks for a course of treatment.A total of 4 weeks,two course of treatment.when each course of treatment complete,record patient treatment effect,Analysis data.Results:1)The efficiency of 2 weeks in the experimental group was about22.22%,The control group 2 weeks efficiency of 20.68%.Analysis by SPSS21 software,P=0.890>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.The efficiency of 4 weeks in the experimental group was about 40.7%,The control group 4 weeks efficiency of 55.2%.P=0.586 > 0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.one month follow-up rate was 44.44% in the experimental group,one month follow-up rate was 51.72% in the control group,difference was not statistically significant.There was no difference between the two groups.There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group for 4 weeks and one month follow-up.2)Two groups stop treatment,tinnitus did not improve.3)The higher the tinnitus severity,the higher the treatment effectiveness.The higher the tinnitus THI score,the higher the treatment effectiveness.Sleep has an impact on thetreatment of patients with tinnitus than sleep does not affect the treatment of patients with high efficiency.4)Gender,course of disease,disease,TCM syndrome type does not affect the efficacy of tinnitus.Conclusion:There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the pestle needle treatment of tinnitus and auricular point therapy.It is safe and effective to treat tinnitus with pestle needle.The severity of tinnitus is better than that of tinnitus.Patients with high THI score were better than those with lower THI score.The curative effect of tinnitus patients with sleep is better than that of patients without sleep.The curative effect of tinnitus was not related to gender,age,location,tinnitus,hearing loss and so on.
