Objective: To understand the type of TCM diagnosis, complications, influencing factors, rule of law,and drug use patterns of Diabetes(type 2 diabetes). To provide reference for the clinical use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes(type 2 diabetes),to ensure the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods:(1)Literature research: Searching academic literature databases, using descriptive statistical analysis methods to analyze the literature of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer with higher incidence of cancer. The main indicators include efficacy, quality of life, and adverse reactions.(2)To collect hospitalized cases of diabetic patients in endocrinology of Sichuan Provincial Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017.Analyze and collect the main clinical indicators including the type of diagnosis of TCM,complications, influencing factors, rule of law,and drug use.Using frequency analysis, logistic regression, random forest, association rules, nested case-control studies, and other methods of clinical treatment of Diabetes(type 2 diabetes)clinical treatment, medication law, adverse reactions, etc.were analyzed.Results:(1)Literature studies: 105 articles that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included. The total clinical effective rate of Diabetes(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus)treated with Chinese and Western Medicine is 74.1%-98.53%,and the effective rate of remission in Western Medicine Group is: 27%-92.85%.The main clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort, and hypoglycemia.(2)Collected 1908 cases of endocrinology hospitalized patients from January 2016 to June2017,including 1080 males and 828 females, with an average age of 61.74 years, youngest 23 years old,and maximum 93 years old;body mass index(BMI)The average was 24.35,1352 cases denied a family history of diabetes(70.86% of the total frequency).Diabetes(type 2 diabetes)syndrome ranked top 5 is the deficiency of both qi and yin, dampness and heat accumulation certificate, liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,of which the deficiency of Qi and Yin is Mainly accounted for 64.31% of the total frequency;the top five complications were diabetic vascular disease, hypertension, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy, and diabetic nephropathy.Analysis of the influencing factors of the top five syndromes, logistic regression results showed that age was statistically significant for the occurrence of deficiency of Qi and Yin(P ≤0.05);smoking history and age had statistics on occurrence of damp heat accumulation syndrome.Significance(P ≤ 0.05);All factors had no effect on the occurrence of liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, and spleen-deficiency and dampness syndrome(P>0.05).Random forest results show that age, course of disease(year),and gender respectively have the greatest impact on the occurrence of Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome, and Spleen-Deficiency and Wet-Preserving Syndrome;the history of smoking affects the occurrence of damp-heat accumulation syndrome and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.most influential. In 1908 cases,a total of 3673 herbal prescriptions were collected,of which all patients used oral prescriptions,a total of 3551,and 106 patients used bath feet simultaneously,a total of 122.In oral prescriptions,a total of 323 Chinese herbs were used, and the total frequency of use was46,625.The 154-flavored single-taste drugs with a frequency of more than 50 times involved 18 types of drugs, and the top 3 drugs in terms of frequency of drugs were supplement drugs,heat-clearing drugs, and blood circulation-resolving drugs. In the foot bath,a total of 105 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine were used, and the total frequency of use was 1124.The single Chinese medicines involved 17 kinds of medicines. The top 3 medicines in terms of the frequency of medicines were blood circulation, phlegm, and heat-removing medicines respectively.Chinese medicine preparations mainly include Chinese medicine injections(3,739),traditional Chinese medicine oral preparations(1,853)and traditional Chinese medicine external preparations(338).Among 1908 patients,1570 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Among them,1164 were moxibustion,802 were warming needles, and 578 were treated with Chinese herbal medicine. The results of high-frequency drug association rule analysis showed that the core drug groups for the treatment of diabetes(type 2 diabetes)oral prescriptions were astragalus, licorice,Chinese wolfberry, and atractylodes macrocephala. The core medicine groups for bath foot prescription were Chuanxiong, angelica,Millettia, and Astragalus membranaceus.During the observation period,34 adverse reactions/events occurred, including 12 Chinese patent medicines and 22 western medicines. There were no serious adverse reactions and 6 new adverse reactions. The results of a nested case-control study of the adverse reactions of safflower injections for injections showed that of the 382 patients included,84 were in the case group.Among them,15 were injected with safflor yellow and adverse reactions occurred. No injections were used.Sixty-nine patients with saff yellow pigment but adverse reactions occurred. After matching by 1:4,duplicate cases were removed.A total of 298 cases of control group were collected.166 of them were injected with safflor yellow and no adverse reactions occurred. For example, there were 132 patients who did not use safflower injection and no adverse reactions.Chi-square test was used to analyze the association between the use of safflor yellow for injection and the occurrence of adverse reactions. The OR value was less than 1,and the injection of safflower yellow was used.Pigment was not a risk factor for adverse reactions;adverse reactions did not correlate with gender, age, and allergic history, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Literature study: Traditional Chinese medicine decoction used in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was treated with Qi and nourishing yin.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine group. The clinical manifestations of adverse reactions mainly involved the digestive system and the endocrine system.Real world research: The results of the case analysis study showed that the occurrence of diabetes(type 2 diabetes)is affected by factors such as age, gender, and smoking.Diabetes mellitus(type 2 diabetes)is mainly diagnosed with deficiency of both qi and yin,and age has a statistically significant effect on the occurrence of deficiency of both qi and yin(P ≤ 0.05);Qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation are used as traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical treatment of Diabetes(type 2 diabetes)the main treatment;medication to supplement drugs, followed by heat medicine and blood circulation drugs, the core drug group is Astragalus, licorice,Poria,Atractylodes.
