| Objective:The analysis collect and analysis by clinical analysis of 120 gastric polyp inpatients of department of spleen and stomach disease in mianyang hospital of T.C.M,improving the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine on etiology and pathogenesis and guiding the clinical treatment.Method:1.Source of subjects:during the time of February 1,2017 to February28,2018,choose the patients according with research that the first diagnosis is gastric polyp.2.On the guiding of doctors above associate director,referring to the content of General Higher Education Twelfth Five-Year Plan period Nation-planned Teaching Material on Chinese diagnostics and Terms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of national standard(syndrome),then distinguish syndrome factor from the patients choose from it.3.Setting the gastric polyp clinical data log sheet and collecting information,using the SPSS19.0,seting up a database and doing the statistical analysis.we often use the frequency method,enumeration data use the methods of chi-square test,rank sum test was used for ranked data,The results have the difference of P<0.05,that will have the meaningof significant.Result:1.The research have 120 patients,the occurrence frequency of main syndrome factor from high to low was:qi stagnation(70.83%,85/120)>sputum(40.83%,49/120)>qi-deficiency(28.33%,34/120)>Muggy(25.83%,31/120)>blood-stasis(5.00%,6/120)>damp-heat(4.17%,5/120)>yin deficiency.2.Among the 120 gastric polyp patients have 5 samples that is underweight.it is accounted for 4.17% in total sample.normal weight have48 patients,it is accounted for 40.0% in total sample.overweight have 54 patients,it is accounted for 45.0% in total sample.obesity have 13 patients,it is accounted for 10.83% in total sample.3.The age range which occurred more frequently of gastric polyp is Aged People and middle age.female patients were somewhat more than male patients,and Male to female ratio was 1 to 1.14 among the patients.the most situation that patients have two gastric polyp and over is occurred more frequently.stomachache are largely in the form of the gastric polyp clinical study,which the main situation is vague pain 0n the part of gastric cavity.4.Among the patients research that are collected of gastric polyps of different pathologic type,inflammatory polyp have The highest proportion(48.33%,58/120),secondly is hyperplastic polyps(14.17%,17/120),final is adenomatous polyp(8.33%,10/120).besides,among the patients of 0.83%(13/120)is that The pathological results is intestinal metaplasis.the patients of 2.5%(3/120)is that The pathological results is intraepithelial neoplasia.5.The most of occurred more frequently part of gastric polyps is gastric body(55.32%),gastric fundus(53.19%),gastric antrum(27.66%),the part of duodenal(6.38%),gastric angle(4.26%)and cardiac(2.13%)are less founded.6.Among the 120 have 4 patients positive in CUBT(25.83%),but have 89 cases negative(74.17%).7.120 patients have 31 cases that is normal about The blood-lipoids.that is accounted for 25.83% in total sample.the blood triglyceride level was increased about 80 cases,that is accounted for 66.67% in total sample.the cholesterol was increased about 49 cases,that is accounted for 40.83% in total sample.Low Density Lipoprotein was increased about 46 cases,that is accounted for 38.35% in total sample.Conclusion:1.The tcm syndrome elements distribution law of gastric polyp : qi stagnation>sputum>qi-deficiency>yure>blood-stasis>damp-heat>yin-defi ciency>.qi and phlegm stagnation and qi deficiency and yure was mainly considered on general Pathogenesis.2.The guiding meaning about the distribution law of tcm syndromeelements of gastric polyp:according to the patients course is less 0.5years,there are more yure pathogenesis;more than half a year,there are more qi stagnation.Bleeding erosion that have 2-10 gastric polyp.when the triglyceride is increasing,the sputum,qi deficiency and yure pathogenesis is more seriously.we should when we treat the patients of gastric polyp and HP negative,we should use the methods of removing phlegm and clear heat.when we treat the patients of gastric polyp and HP positive,we also should use the methods of blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3.when the blood lipid is increasing,the incidence of hyperplastic polyp and adenomatous polyp is also increasing.among the patients of gastric polyp and blood lipid are increasing,we should consider the treatment methods of invigorating qi and Shi-re-qing.4.the patients pathological types of gastric polyp and HP Infection have more possibility of inflammatory polyp and fundic gland polyps.5.The patients of sex,age,course,BMI had no obvious correlation with pathological types of gastric polyp. |
