Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of supra-acetabular spinal pedicle screws and a subcutneous connecting rod in the treatment of pelvic anterior ring fracture. Methods Eighty patients with pelvic anterior ring fracture were selected from December 2014 to August 2016.Those patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to different surgical methods. The supra-acetabular spinal pedicle screws and a subcutneous connecting rod and external fixation treatment, the clinical application effect of the two groups were compared. Results All patients were followed up with the mean period of 6 months(ranged from 3 to 15 months). There was no significant difference between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss, operation time and VAS score at 6 months after operation(P> 0.05).Compared with the control group, between the two groups, the difference of postoperative majeed efficacy evaluation was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion It is effective that the supra-acetabular spinal pedicle screws and a subcutneous connecting rod technique in the treatment of pelvic ring fracture. The operation is simple and the operation risk is small. It can be used as the optimal treatment for pelvic anterior ring fracture. |
