| Objective: This study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Tang Wen Kang in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis obstructing),and provide the basis for the clinical application of Tang Wen KangMethod: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and the diagnostic criteria according to the visiting sequence, generating a random group of 120 random number by the computer, the digital is odd as the treatment group(Tang Wen Kang group),the number is even,in the control group. The treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given diabetes self-management education, medical nutrition treatment, exercise therapy, blood glucose monitoring and drug treatment. The treatment group was treated with TWK on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the two groups of TCM syndrome scores,C peptide(empty stomach,C0),C peptide(2h/ empty stomach,C2/C0),beta cell function index(HOMA islet,C peptide improvement),superoxide dismutase(SOD),fast plasma glucose(FPG),and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)were observed, and the changes of the above indexes and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared and compared.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS19.0 software.Result: 1.Comparison of baseline data,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect after treatment:(1)comparing the integrated effect of the two groups, the treatment group 85.7%,control group 69.6%,curative effect of treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.01);comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome, treatment group 91.1%,control group 71.4%,the efficacy of the treatment group significantly(P < 0.01).(2)TCM syndrome score comparison: all were lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.01),the treatment group score compared with the control group, the curative effect was more significant, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)FPG and 2hPG comparison: FPG and 2hPG in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the FPG and 2hPG in the treatment group decreased significantly, which was better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).(4)SOD comparison: the two groups of patients with SOD were significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group, the improvement of SOD in the treatment group was obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)C peptide(fasting),C peptide(2h/fasting)HOMA—islet(C peptide),comparison: two groups of patients with C(2h/fasting peptide)were decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),HOMA—islet(C peptide)were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01)and C(peptide;fasting)did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group, the C peptide(C2/C0)and HOMA islet(C peptide)in the treatment group improved significantly, with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The Tang Wen Kang prescription is safe and effective in clinical observation, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of T2DM(Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis obstructing).2.The ang Wen Kang prescription can significantly reduce T2DM(Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis obstructing)in patients with FPG,2hPG,and improved the function of islet and patients with elevated serum SOD. |
