Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Opposing Needling, external application and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on unilateral acute gouty arthritis, and to explore the advantages of Opposing Needling in the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:1.Group: 42 patients with acute gout, who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study, were randomly divided into three groups(14cases in each group).2.Intervention method: the group of Opposing Needling: to acupuncture according to the principle of "right and left corresponding points".The external application group of traditional Chinese medicine: Use Jinhuangsan which added bee to form paste, wrapped it with gauze and applied it to the affected area.Comprehensive treatment group: the treatment group combined with Opposing Needling and traditional Chinese medicine applications. All the three groups were treated once a day for 5 days.3.Outcome measures: the VAS score was recorded on the 5th day after treatment and the changes of pain were observed, and the changes of serum uric acid value(UA)were detected in the morning of the 0th day of treatment to observe the improvement of the condition.Use SPSS21.0 to analyze the statistical data.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effect analysis: after the treatment, the total effective rate of Opposing Needling group was 28.6%,the traditional Chinese medicine external application group was 64.3%,while the comprehensive treatment group was71.4%.2.Analysis of analgesic effect: after the treatment, the total effective rate was42.9% in the Opposing Needling group,71.4% in the external application group of traditional Chinese medicine and 78.6% in the comprehensive treatment group.3.(1)After 5 days of treatment, the UA value of the Opposing Needling group decreased, but there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05),and the other two groups had significant statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.01).(2)There was significant difference in VAS scores before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The VAS scores before and after treatment were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.01).4.(1)After treatment, there was significant difference in UA value between the combined treatment group and the Opposing Needling group(P < 0.01),there was significant difference between the Chinese medicine external application group and the Opposing Needling group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the comprehensive treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine external application group(P > 0.05).(2)VAS score: after the first day of treatment, there was significant difference between the external application group, the combined treatment group and the Opposing Needling group(P < 0.01),and after the third day of treatment, the external application of Chinese medicine, the comprehensive treatment group and the Opposing Needling group were compared. After 5 days of treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the external application group and the comprehensive treatment group(P > 0.05).5.Safety and adverse reaction analysis:There was no significant difference in safety among the three groups(P > 0.05)and no significant difference in adverse reactions(P > 0.05).Conclusion :1.The effect of treating acute gout pain was poor.2.External application of traditional Chinese medicine on the affected side can effectively relieve the pain in patients with gout.3.Comprehensive therapy can effectively relieve the pain in patients with acute gout.4.The curative effect and analgesic effect of comprehensive treatment werebetter than those of the other two groups. |
