Objective:In thymoma with myasthenia gravis,simple thymoma,the expression of Tfh cell related factors CXCL-13,CXCR-5,BCL-6,IL-21,ICOS in thymoma tissues were detected,and the expression differences of these factors in thymoma with MG patients and simple thymoma were analyzed.To explore the role of these factors in the development,differentiation and function of Tfh cells.To analyze the difference between these factors.Method:27 patients with thymoma(17 cases of thymoma with MG,10 thymoma without myasthenia gravis)were selected,and the expression of Tfh cell related factor mRNA in the thymoma was detected by RT-PCR and other methods.The results of experiment were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21 and t test,and P < 0.05 as the test standard.Result:1.In 27 cases,the expression of CXCL-13 in thymoma with MG was 1.38±3.77,while in simple thymoma was 1,and the expression of CXCL-13 in the former was higher than that in the latter,but the difference was not statistically significant.2.In 27 cases,the expression of CXCR-5 in thymoma with MG was 1.30±3.21,while in thymoma without myasthenia gravis was 1,and the expression of CXCL-13 in the former was higher than that in the latter,but the difference was not statistically significant.3.In 27 cases,the expression of BCL-6 in thymoma with MG was 2.29±1.83,while in thymoma without myasthenia gravis was 1,and the expression of CXCL-13 in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter,and the difference was statistically significant.4.In 27 cases,the expression of IL-21 in thymoma with MG was 1.64±1.85,while in thymoma without myasthenia gravis was 1,and the expression of CXCL-13 in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter,and the difference was statistically significant.5.In 27 cases,the expression of ICOS in thymoma with MG was 1.38±1.33,while in thymoma without myasthenia gravis was 1,and the expression of CXCL-13 in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Tfh related factors BCL-6,ICOS and IL-21 mRNA levels increased in thymoma patients with MG,and these factors may be related to MG pathogenesis.2.Further studies on these factors may reveal the pathogenesis of MG.The detection of its expression products may play a guiding role in the early diagnosis and treatment of MG.
