Objective: 1.This study is to research the changes situations of the blood pressure, anxiety level, depression level and the living quality of the patients with hypertension suffering from anxiety and depression after taking Flupenthixol-melitracen orally combined with psychological and behavioral intervention.2.The study is to explore the effective therapeutic schedule of the hypertension combined with anxiety and depression,so as to provide the effective reference for the clinical treatment. Methods: The patients with hypertension treated in the Cardiovascular Medicine Department of Tianjin Haibin People’s Hospital from January,2016 to January,2017 were selected to score their anxiety level and depression level through SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale).93 patients combined with anxiety and depression were screened out.We collected age, sex, height, weight,Course of hypertension,Antihypertensive drugs, smoking,Total cholesterol,Triglyceride,High density lipoprotein cholesterol,Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,Fasting plasma glucose,SAS score,SDS score of the patients. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given Flupenthixol-melitracen orally combined with psychological and behavioral intervention treatment. The control group continued with the original antihypertensive regimen. We measured the office blood pressure, monitored 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure and scored WHOQOL-BREF(World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief)of all the patients. The research cycles of both groups were all 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the differences of SBP,DBP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,MBPS,non spoon type blood pressure incidence,SAS score,SDS score and WHOQOL-BREF score were observed and compared between the two groups. All of the data were processed by using statistical software SPSS19.0.Results: 1.The difference of the baseline data in two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.After taking Flupenthixol-melitracen orally combined with the psychological and behavioral intervention, the SBP,DBP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,MBPS and non spoon type blood pressure incidence in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P < 0.05).However,the difference of the control group was not statistically significant before or after the intervention(P > 0.05).3.The anti-hypertensive effective rate in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The SAS score and the SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).However,the difference of SAS score in the control group was not statistically significant before or after the intervention(P>0.05).5.The WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P < 0.05).However,the difference of WHOQOL-BREF score in the control group was not statistically significant before or after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.On the basis of antihypertensive drugs, the Flupenthixol-melitracen combined with psychological and behavioral intervention can better reduce blood pressure level,Lowering blood pressure fluctuation,Improving the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients combined with anxiety and depression.2.The Flupenthixol-melitracen combined with psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the living quality of hypertension patients with anxiety and depression.
