Knowledge Discovery Of Works Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Consilia Based On Partial Order Structure Theory

Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy originated in China's primitive society and is an irreplaceable part of China's traditional culture.With the increasing demand for medical technology,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has shown its superiority by virtue of its own advantages,especially in the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.The inheritance and development of TCM must inherit the experience of predecessors,but in the rapid development of society today,the inheritance of the prestigious TCM experience has appeared inefficient and poor effect.In order to promote the advancement of TCM and make it better benefit the people,the issue of inheritance of the experience on TCM should be solved urgently.with the continuous improvement of mathematical theory,the development of computer technology,combining the traditional Chinese medicine theory,mathematical theory and computer technology,used to solve problems of traditional Chinese learning heritage,promote the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine,has become a new hot topic.The data sources of this subject are mainly the works of Liu Fangbai and the medical case of Li Saimei.The data are collected through the design of information collection system,and then the database is constructed to form the formal background.Based on the formal background,the partial order structure diagram is formed by means of the formal concept analysis theory.Furthermore,the knowledge discovery of the partial order structure diagram has been completed.In this paper,the data mining is based on Liu Fangbai's works and Li Saimei's medical case.Firstly,the knowledge discovery is proceeded by obtaining the data from Liu Fangbai's works,including the compatibility of prescription,the relationship between syndromes and symptoms and the relationship between back pain and medication,etc.This paper sums up the dialectical thought and the general law of medication in the process of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Professor Liu Fangbai,including the common drugs and the common drugs pairs.Then the knowledge discovery of the case of Li Saimei includes the relationship between prescription and symptom,the relationship between syndrome type and symptom,and the symptom and medication of the patients with deficiency of Yang syndrome were analyzed separately.Besides,the syndrome differentiation and drug usage methods of TCM during the diagnosis of Li Saimei were summed up.In this paper,the attribute partial order structure chart is used to discover the knowledge of works and medical cases.The feasibility and superiority of the visualization method of the partial order structure diagram are fully validated,which will contribute to the inheritance and the application of TCM with the partial order structure theory and provide a brand new idea for the knowledge discovery of the famous Chinese medicine works and the inheritance of TCM.
