Objective1 Three d digital row of teeth model is set up;2 By comparing digital row of teeth Ann Ⅱ class 1 classification and 2 classification of the difference of mandibular arch;3 More traditional two-dimensional method and the three-dimensional digital tooth row method for leveling spee curvature required clearance measurement difference.ResultMethodThis experiment selected 20 cases Ann class Ⅱ(including 10 cases of class Ⅱ classification,10 cases of class Ⅱ classification 2)patients with malocclusion deformity of teenagers,20 cases of patients with preoperative CBCT scan,Mimics 3 d reconstruction obtain high simulation of mandible 3 d geometric model,precision segmentation with mandibular teeth and mandibular.The geometric model import Geomagic software,follow the standards of Andrews on 20 mandible model for 3 d digitizing row of teeth.According to the result of the mandible digital row of teeth,draw the curve of mandibular arch,then 20 models of mandibular curve according to the classification of Ann Ⅱ class category 1 and 2 are divided into two groups,finally separately fitting out two sets of functional segment curve;Random out 10 spee curvature and 1 no spee curvature of mandibular teeth model,through the traditional way to measure 10 model first spee curve,and then through the way of mandibular overlapping registration,by utilizing the method of 3 d digital row of teeth leveling the 10 need interval model spee curve,by using the software of SPSS19.0 statistical measurement data of the experiment for paired t test statistical analysis.Results1.The jaw is established three-dimensional digital model of the row of teeth.2.Ann classification Ⅱ class 1 mandibular arch fitting curve function expression and the fitting curve:3.Ann Ⅱ class 2 classification of mandibular arch fitting curve function expression and the fitting curve:4.The traditional two-dimensional measurement method of leveling spee curve is bigger than the need to consume the amount of clearance digital 3 d measurement method,the changes have statistical significance.Conclusion1.Different types of mandibular dental arch for mandibular arch in different shapes,ovoid to most class Ⅱ classification 1 mandibular dental arch is more appropriate,square shape classification is more suitable for most Ⅱ class 22.The traditional model of clinical measurement of unilateral per 1 leveling mmspee curvature need to use 1 mm clearance is not accurate3.3d digital model measurement analysis method for measuring method is more accurate than traditional model.
