Research Progress Of Localization Of Lung Ground Glass Nodules By Thoracoscopy

With the high-resolution computed tomography(HRCT)popularization in healthy and early lung cancer screening,the detection rate of the ground glass opacity(GGO)has increased year by year,and it has a high possibility of malignancy.Although there are currently a number of methods have been proposed to identify it’s nature,but the pathological examination is still the most accurate judgment.Video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection is the main means of early diagnosis and treatment,however as the volume of nodular is small,the location of nodular is deep in lung parenchyma,and it’s soft texture,the surgeries are difficult to accurately locate the nodules in the surgery.In recent years,how to locate the lung GGN accurately and fast in thoracoscopy has become a hotspot.
