Clinical Observation Of Huayu Ruangan Capsule On Patients With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Hepatic Fibrosis In Chronic Hepatitis B

Objectives:The thesis aims to observe the clinical efficacye of Huayu Ruangan capsule on patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of Hepatic Fibrosis(HF)in chronic hepatitis B,and to study the influence on hepatic function,four parameters of Hepatic Fibrosis,portal vein diameter,splenic vein diameter,spleen thickness,and the content of TIMP-1 and MMP-1;and to discuss the mechanism of Huayu Ruangan capsule in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type of HF.Methods:In this study,120 cases of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of HF inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria are randomly divided into three groups.Each group takes the entecavir treatment.Group A of 40 patients takes Huayu Ruangan capsule,group B of 40 patients takes Fuzheng Huayu capsule,group C of 40 patients receive only entecavir for treatment.The author observes.the three groups through Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM)symptom score,hepatic function,four parameters of Hepatic Fibrosis,splenic vein diameter,portal vein diameter,spleen thickness,the content of TIMP-1 and MMP-1 and other indicators before and after treatment,At the same time,observeing the adverse reactions after treatment.Finally,evaluanting the clinical efficacy and safety of Huayu Ruangan capsule.Adopting ELISA to detect the content of TIMP-1 and MMP-1,in order to study the mechanism of Huayu Ruangan capsule in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of Hepatic Fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Results:1 Comparison of baseline dataThe comparison of age,sex and duration has no statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients(P>0.05),so the three groups are comparable before treatment.2 The changing rate of TCM symptom scoreThree groups of clinical symptom have different degrees of ease.3 Hepatic functionAfter treatment,ALT,AST,GGT and TBIL in the three groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TBiL in group A and group B was significantly different from that in group C(P<0.05).4 Changes of four parameters of four parameters of Hepatic FibrosisThe four indexes of Hepatic Fibrosis(HA,LN,IV-C and PCIII)in the three groups after treatment are significantly decreased(P<0.05);Moreover,after treatment,LN in group A and group B had statistical significance compared with group C(P<0.05),while IV-C index in group A had statistical significance compared with group B and group C(P<0.05).5 Portal vein diameter,splenic vein diameter,spleen thicknessPortal vein diameter,spleen thickness are significantly decrsased in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).6 The content of TIMP-1 and MMP-1The content of TIMP-1 in the three groups are all decreased(P<0.05)after treament,the content of MMP-1 in group A and group B are increased(P<0.05),and the content of TIMP-1 in the group A is better than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 Huayu Ruangan capsule has a definite curative effect on the treatment of HF in chronic hepatitis B.2 Huayu Ruangan capsule can effectively inhibit inflammation in the liver and reduce liver cell necrosis.3 Huayu Ruangan capsule can alleviate the progression of HF in chronic hepatitis B,its mechanism is related to the content of TIMP-1 and MMP-1.4 No adverse reactions or adverse events occurred during the clinical study,and the clinical application of Huayu Ruangan capsule is safe and reliable.
