Objective: To study and explore diagnosis value of combined detection of preoperative serum CA19-9,CEA and total bilirubin in resectability of pancreatic cancers, which based on NCCN 2017 pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment guideline. Methods: 160 patients checked serum biomarker were selected with or without pancreatic cancer, who were admitted to China Medical University affiliated Shengjing Hospital from June 2016 to Feb 2018.Serum CEA,CA19-9 and total bilirubin in 40 resectable pancreatic cancer pantients,40 borderline resectable pancreatic cancer patients,40 unresectable pancreatic cancer patients and 40 benign pancreatic disease patients were detected by enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA).Detective statistics were received statistical analysis to explore diagnostic value of single or combined detection in different group. Results: 1.Preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA levels of pancreatic cancer patients were significant elevated comparing with benign group(P<0.05).2.Preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA increase gradually in Patients of resectable pancreatic cancer group, borderline resectable pancreatic cancer group and irresectable pancreatic cancer group(P<0.05),difference of bilirubin level was not significant statistically(P>0.05).3.Diagnostic results of combined detection of preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA showed high value in sensitivity(P<0.05),but the specificity of combination remains the same. Conclusion:Preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA levels of pancreatic cancer patients has related to resectability.Preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA levels rise as the resectability reduces.Combined detection of preoperative serum CA19-9 and CEA showed high value in diagnosis resectability in pancreatic cancer.Preoperative serum bilirubin level is not associated with resectability.
