| Background At present, with the rapid development of the society, various problems have appeared in the society, such as employment difficulties, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the lack of medical resources and so on,which caused people’s general anxiety in their daily life and caused a series of psychological problems, among which depression is one of the mental and psychological obstacles.According to the latest statistics of the relevant agencies, the global population of depression and dysthymia accounts for 12.8% of the total population, and the resulting medical expenditure and social burden are increasing year by year.Depression is different from common mood swings or transient emotions, and its significant and persistent depression can significantly affect the daily work and life of the patient.Patients with severe depression may have suicidal or even suicidal behavior.WHO statistics found that suicide has become the second cause of death in the 15-29 year old population, and the number of suicide deaths per year is close to 800 thousand.Depression seriously endangers people’s physical and mental health, reduces the quality of people’s life, increases the social burden, and brings mental pain and social function damage to people.Suicidal depressive patients also bring great impact to family and society. But because the symptoms of depression are depression, reduced activity, and reduced will, the depressive patients generally do not seek help from the surrounding, resulting in a low rate of treatment,so that the opportunity for early treatment is missed, and even a serious post result is directly caused. At present, the diagnosis of depression depends mainly on mental diagnosis, supplemented by the related scale, but because the scale is too boring,it can not arouse the interest of the subjects. The mental examination must depend on the professional psychiatrist, that is,to send the patient to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment, but many depressive patients and family members do not recognize the depression or the mental hospital, which causes the depression rate to be low. Therefore, the auxiliary diagnosis of depression and the convenient and quick screening of early screening are becoming more and more important. This study explores the characteristics of the trees-drawing test of depression patients through the extraction and quantitative analysis of the projection index of the trees-drawing of the depressive patients, providing the possible basis for the assistant diagnosis of depression..Methods 43 depressive patients in the local psychiatric hospital and 59 healthy persons with the same age and sex ratio as the test group were tested by trees-drawing test.Computer image recognition and data collection were used to carry out quantitative study on trees-drawing.The results of two groups of test results were first tested by normal data, and then two samples were tested by t test. Results There were 8 tree-drawing test quantitative indexes had statistical significance(P<0.05)between depression patients and healthy subjects were: crown area, trunk area, the total area of trees, crown height, trunk height, the total height of the tree, crown width and trunk width, root area, root height and root width 3 quantitative index was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Between depression patients and normal people in the tree-drawing test have 8 quantitative index, crown area, trunk area, area of total tree, crown height, tree height, crown width and trunk width have significant difference. After future large sample follow-up study,it can provide quantitative assistance for clinical diagnosis. |
