The Effects Of Lidocaine On Analgesia Of Hydromorphone In Gynecological Operation During Anesthesia Induction

Objective To evaluate the effects of lidocaine on analgesia of hydromorphone in gynecol ogical operation during anesthesia induction.Method 90 patients of gynecological elective surgery under general anesthesia were sele cted,and 77 patents were finally included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided into two groups randomly,lidocaine group(group L,n=38)and control group(group C,n=39).The group L received intravenous lidocaine(1.5m g/kg bolus)and hydromophone(0.015mg/kg bolus),the group C received 0.9% saline(t he same volume of lidocaine)and hydromophone(0.015mg/kg bolus).The pressure pai n threshold(PPT)and the pressure pain tolerance(PTO)were measured before adm inistration(T1),after lidocaine or saline administration(T2)and hydromorphone administ ration(T3)in the operating room,the place of pain measurement were at the midpoint between the right forearm at the elbow and the wrist(measuredpain point 1)and the right wrist at the ulnar radius of the ulcer(measured pain point 2).The minimum value of NTI and the time to reach the minimum value were observed and recorde d and adverse reactions were observed after administration of hydromorphone.Results1.There was no significant difference between the groups in age,weight,BMI and clinical baseline(P>0.05).2.The PPT at pain point 1 and pain point 2 of group L and the PPT at pain point 2 of group C increased at T3 compared to T1(P<0.05),and the increased values of group L were greater than that of group C(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the depth of sedation and the change rate between the two groups from T2 to T3(P> 0.05).4.There was no significant difference of RR and Sp O2 between the two groups at T1,T2 and T3(P> 0.05).5.After intravenous administration of hydromorphone,the investigators recorded thedi scomfort of the patients during the observation period,followed by dizziness(58.4%),lower limb weakness(6.5%),abdominal discomfort(3.9%)and nausea(3.9%).Conclusion The results,by real-time detection,show that lidocaine enhances the analgesic effect of hydromorphone,and adverse reaction of hydromorphone(such as respiratory depression)is relative low.
