Interaction Between Family History Of Lung Cancer And Cooking Fume Contact History In Non-smoking Female Lung Adenocarcinoma | | Posted on:2019-02-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L X Song | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330563990519 | Subject:Internal medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objectives Investigate the effects and interaction of family history of lung cancer and cooking oil fume exposure on the incidence of non-smoking female lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 280 women diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the case group.The control group consisted of 300 patients with non-neoplastic diseases and some local urban and rural communities.The case-control method was used to collect the relevant information of the case group and the control group by questionnaire.The ratio of OR and 95%CI was calculated by univariate and multivariate logistic regression,to analyze the interaction between family history of lung cancer and cooking oil fume exposure in non-smoking female lung adenocarcinoma.Results 1 Compared with those who had no family history of lung cancer,the OR and 95% CI were 1.76(1.18~2.63)for those who had a family history of lung cancer;Compared with those who had no history of cooking oil fume exposure,the OR and 95% CI were 2.07(1.49~2.88)for those who had a history of cooking oil fume.2 Compared with those with no bad cooking habits,the OR and 95%CI of overheated oil were 1.76(1.01-3.07)and 2.77(1.68-4.57)respectively.The OR and 95%CI of the frying group were 1.72 and(1.13-2.62)and 2.42(1.45-4.04)respectively.3 Mild cooking fume contact history value of OR(95%CI)1.71(1.01~2.90);moderate cooking fume contact history value of OR(95%CI)2.19(1.25~3.84);severe cooking fume contact history value of OR(95%CI)2.35(1.27~4.34);very severe cooking fume contact history OR value(95%CI)for 2.61(1.40~4.87).4 The single factor analysis had the interaction of both.After adjusting the related factors,multifactor logistic regression the interaction between family history of lung cancer and cooking fume OR and 95% CI was 4.57(1.57-13.36),difference was statistically significant(P = 0.006).Conclusions 1 The family history of lung cancer 、the cooking oil fume exposure and bad cooking habits were the risk factors of lung adenocarcinoma,using smoke exhaust ventilator was not found to be a protective measure for lung adenocarcinoma.2 Dose response relationship between cooking oil fume exposure and lung adenocarcinoma.3The interaction of the family history of lung cancer and the history of cooking fume exposure to the incidence of lung adenocarcinoma in non-smoking women. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Lung adenocarcinoma, history of cooking oil fume contact, cooking oil fume exposure, family history of lung cancer, interaction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
