Resveratrol Inhibit Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells And Increase The Role Of The Cisplatin Anti-cancer

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of resveratrol inhibit hepatocellular carcinoma cells and increase the role of the cisplatin anti-cancer.Methods: MTT method was used to observe the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells;Apoptosis was checked by flow cytometry;ELASI method,Western blot methodswere used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 cells and the expression of Bax protein.Results : Resveratrol induces apoptosis of hepatoma cells and promotes apoptosis of hepatoma cells induced by cisplatin.ELISA and Western blot method suggested that resveratrol promotes expression of Bax protein and increase the Bax protein induced by cisplatin in liver cancer cells,at the same time inhibited the expression of Bcl-2 protein.Conclusions: Resveratrol induces apoptosis of hepatoma cells and promotes apoptosis of hepatoma cells,and it can boost the anti-cancer role of the cisplatin.
