Clinical Observation Of San Zi Yang Qin Tang For The Treatment Of OSAHS And Hypertension

Objectives To treat the obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome with san zi yang qin tang,and observe the effect of san zi yang qin tang on AHI and the mean blood pressure,and to provide new methods and thoughts for the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of OSAHS and hypertension.Methods Chose seventy patients who are diagnosed obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome and hypertension from Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital of shi jia zhuang between September 2016 to November 2017,including 35 males and 35 females;The patients are divided into treatment group and control group by using the random number table method,every group includes 35 patients.The clinical observation research process is divided into the following processes: the patients of control group are treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 5mg once a day,and the patients of treatment group are treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 5mg once a day and san zi yang qin tang 200 ml twice a day,and the whole clinical observation of treatment lasts for 30 days.Results 1 The 24-hour average DBP,average 24-hour SBP,night average SBP,night average DBP,day average DBP,day average SBP of treatment group are reduced more obviously than control group.(p<0.05)2 The AHI of treatment group is reduced more obviously than control group and the maximum apnea time of treatment is reduced more obviously than control group.(p<0.05)3 The minimum oxygen saturation of treatment group is improved more obviously than control group.4 The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom of treatment group is reduced more than control group.(p<0.05)Conclusions The 24-hour average DBP,average 24-hour SBP,night average SBP,night average DBP,day average DBP,day average SBP of treatment group are reduced more obviously than control group(p<0.05).The san zi yang qin tang can can reduce the average 24-hour DBP,average 24-hour SBP,night average SBP,night average DBP,day average DBP,day average SBP.The maximum apnea time and AHI of treatment are reduced more obviously than control group(P<0.05),The san zi yang qin tang is good for airway ventilation of patients with OSAHS to improve the lowest blood oxygen saturation.The lowest blood oxygen saturation of treatment group is improved more obviously than control group(P<0.05).The san zi yang qin tang is good for airway ventilation of patients with OSAHS to improve the lowest blood oxygen saturation.The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom of treatment group is reduced more than control group(p<0.05).The san zi yang qin tang can treat nocturnal snoring,dizziness,fatigue and recumbent of patients with OSAHS and Hypertension.
