| The value of medical service is to help patients recover mental function and physical health,which is an important link of people’s livelihood,and it is related to the health rights of the public.Beijing and Hebei are geographical close,but the gap between them is huge.Under the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,there are few studies on how to promote the collaborative development of medical services in both places.The purpose is to describe and analyze the present situation of medical services in Beijing and Hebei,and it puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions with a view to promote the coordinated development of medical services between two places.To provide guidance and reference for medical service cooperation.Literature research method is used to summarize and sort out previous studies.Comparative analysis and statistical methods are used to compare the current situation of medical services in Beijing and Hebei.Through questionnaire and interview method,the factors of the difference of medical service are analyzed.Due to the imbalance of economic development,policy formulation,administrative division and development goals,the differences of development of medical services between two places are huge.In order to achieve the coordinated development of the medical service quickly,people should develop respective advantages.It is needed to develop local medical technology,regularly training medical personnel,and improving the salary of medical personnel to solve the problem of medical staff establishment;narrowing the gap between the medical insurance reimbursement,realizing the settlement of medical insurance in different places from the policy level.As for Beijing,it is necessary to cooperate actively with medical services to Hebei.Realizing the mutual recognition of the inspection results and easing the pension service to Hebei region.Promoting the development of both places,improving the medical service system,achieving the platform of coordination to provide the possibility for the common development of Beijing and Hebei. |
