Epidemiological Investigation On Health Status And Cognition Of HRT Among Women In Perimenopausal Period In XIANGXI Area

Objective:To investigate the reproductive health status of perimeno pausal women in Xiangxi,the occurrence of menopause syndrome,chronic diseases of the internal medicine,family and Society for perime nopausal women’s support and care,and analyze the influence factors of perimenopausal women’s health status and the cognition of hormone supplement treatment(HRT),in order to improve the Xiangxi area.The quality of life of perimenopausal women and the formulation of perimenopausal women’s health care measures provided scientific basis.Methods:from December 2015 to December 2017,a random sample of 40-60 years and 2000 women in the hospital of seven counties,one city and a rural community in the seven counties of the auton omous state of the autonomous state and the obstetrics and gynecology clinic in the people’s Hospital of the Xiangxi autonomous state,were investigated.The questionnaire and the improved Kupperman scale and the social support scale of perimenopausal women were investigated.The contents of the questionnaire were:the demographic chara cteristics of 2000 women,the status of reproductive health,the occur rence of menopause syndrome,the condition of medical diseases,the degree of support and care for perimenopausal women in family and society.HRT cognition status of menopause.Using exec12010 data entry,SPSS 19.0 software,test,X2 test,logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods,the results were obtained.Results:1.th rough this investigation,the average menopause age of perimenopausa 1 women in Xiangxiregion was 47.55 ± 1.39 year old female perim enopausal women in.2.region.Oral characteristics:Xiangxi area mainly for ethnic minority settlements,Tujia nationality,Miaonationality accounted for 33.9%,38.5%respectively 76.5%of the perimenopausa 1 women in this area are farmers,junior high school education accounts for 82.2%,economic year income<20000 people in the 32.7%.3.area perimenopause women reproductive health status:women in the survey had or now have gynecologic diseases In gynecologic diseases,the most women were vaginitis,81.3%were vaginitis,10.1%were cervicitis,3.5%were pelvic inflammation,3.4%of the ovarian masses,1.7%.4.of cervical cancer in the perimenopausal women’s menopa use syndrome in Xiangxi:the main symptoms of menopause syndrome in perimenopausal women were 69%with hot perspiration and improved KU pperman scale score:severe accounts for 4.5%,mild to 43%.5.perimenopause women suffering from chronic internal diseases:the number of osteoporosis is the most,accounting for the HRT cognition status of perimenopausal women in Xiangxi:the total unknow ing rate of perimenopausal women is 72.6%,and only 1.4%all know HRT.conclusion:1.women in the area of the region are on aver age.Compared with the average menopause age(46.9 years old)of the women in the area in 2011,compared with the average menopaus eage(46.9 years old),there is a certain gap between the average menopause age(49.5 years)in China(49.5 years old)and the perimen opausal women’s health in Xiangxi,especially the reproductive health problems,and the rate of perimenopausal women’s long-term complications is lower than that in the developed coastal cities.The influence factors need further investigation and Study on the symptoms of menopause syndrome in perimenopausal women in.3.Xiangxi.It is found that the symptoms of menopausal syndrome are closely related to age,educational level,family economic income,social support and so on(P<0.05).The cognition and acceptance of HRT was low.Through statistical analysis,it was concluded that the influence factors were related to the educational level(P<0.05)and the social support scale of perimenopausal women was combined with.5..It was found that the social and family’s concern and support for perimenopau sal women were insufficient.Through the women’s health education program and the evaluation of the planned implementation,it promotes perimenopausal and postmenopausal women to understand the perime nopausal health knowledge so that more perimenopausal women know and receive hormone supplementation,thus alleviating the symptoms of menopause syndrome,preventing serious long-term complications and improving the quality of life of perimenopausal women.Quantity.
