Clinical Study Of Wei Jing Soup Adds The Other Decoctionon With Flavor Ion In The Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia(Phlegm Heat Obstructive Pulmonary Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the Wei jing Soup Adds the Other Decoctionon Ion import method of community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat obstructive pulmonary syndrome)patients in the TCM symptom integral,serum inflammation index,pathogen clearance rate,and chest X-ray absorption and hospitalization days and cost,to evaluate Wei jing Soup Adds the Other Decoctionon Ion import method clinical curative effect for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods: Randomized controlled trial design was used,64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases and control group based on western medicine plus placebo treatment,treatment group of western medicine foundation treatment to add Wei jing Soup Adds the Other Decoctionon Ion import method,After treatment,observation of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral,etiology and imaging and treatment before,3d,After treatment White Blood Cell Count,White Blood Cell Count,the WBC),neutrophil Percentage(Neutrophilic Granulocyte Percentage,N%),c-reactive Protein(C-Reactive Protein,CRP),calcitonin(Procalcitonin,PCT)level change,until after discharge were observed and recorded the hospitalization days and cost.Results:1.The clinical curative effect: the treatment group the total efficiency of76.67%,total effective rate 96.67%,control group total effective 50.00%,total effective rate 73.33%,total efficiency,total effective rate treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2.Single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine: compared with before treatment,the scores of fever,cough,yellow phlegm,chest pain and thirst in the two groups after treatment decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of cough,yellow sputum and thirst symptom decreased significantly(P<0.05).3.Serum inflammatory markers: compared with pre-treatment,the patients in the two groups were treated with 3d,post-treatment WBC,N%,CRP,and PCT gradually decreased(P<0.05),and there was a time effect.Compared with the control group,WBC,N%,CRP and PCT were significantly decreased in the treatment group after treatment of 3d and treatment(P<0.05).4.Etiology and imaging: compared with the control group,the clearance rate of bacteria in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The chest X-ray absorption was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.Effect of cost: the treatment group the average hospitalization days(8.78±1.12)d obviously shorter than the control group(12.03±2.04)d(P<0.05),the treatment group the average hospitalization cost significantly lower than th e control group(4802.3±1953.6)yuan on average hospitalization cost(6326.8±2022.3)yuan(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wei jing Soup Adds the Other Decoctionon Ion import method treatment of CAP(phlegm heat obstructive pulmonary syndrome)has significant clinical effect,can alleviate the symptoms of patients with cough,yellow sputum,thirsty,alleviate inflammation,improve the bacteria clearance rate,speed up the chest X-ray absorption.2.Wei jing Soup Adds the Other Decoctionon Ion import method method as a kind of Chinese medicine external treatment methods,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,internal and external development,safe and effective,significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the hospitalization expenses,for the treatment of CAP has opened up a new treatment approach.
