| Objective:1)To observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores and SCL-90 scores of differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients before and after treatment with Liver-Clearing and Purging-Fire Method;2)To discuss the safety and effectiveness on differentiated thyroid cancer patients liver fire exuberance after surgery by adopting Liver-Clearing and Purging-Fire Method.Methods:Adopting front-to-rear comparison method(ie,single-group comparison method).36 patients included in Western medicine in conformity with differentiated thyroid cancer and TCM syndrome differentiation was fulminant of liver.These 36 patients were in endocrine department of First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine.All the patients were given the Liver-Clearing and Purging-Fire Method Formula,and the anti-friction Chinese medicine was taken orally as a single dose.The medicine was given in two doses and the course 3 months.Observed indicators include:TCM clinical symptoms,90 symptom self-assessment scales,and safety indicators.The above indicators were observed before taking medicine and 3months after taking medicine.Statistical analysis using statistical software SPASS22.0,P<0.05,and the difference was considered meaningful in statistics.Results:Of the 36 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer,10 were males,accounting for 27.8%,and 26 were women,accounting for 72.2%.The ratio of male to female was 1:2.6.Among the patients with intensive liver fire exuberance,the most common course of disease after surgery was less than six months.(1)The scores of Syndrome Symptoms in TCM:After treatment compared with before treatment,Single clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine have been improved,The scores of dry mouth,thirsty,irritability,hypotensive,redness,discomfort at surgical site,dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia and dream symptoms were different obviously,the difference wasstatistically significant,P=0.000<0.01.The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment,Z=-5.242,P=0.000,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The cure rate was 2.9% after treatment,the obvious effective rate was 12.9%,the effective rate was 69.4%,and the total effective rate was 86.1%.(2)90 symptoms:A total of 36 eligible patients were enrolled in this study.Compared with the norm:the patients score were higher on somatization symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,hostility,and horror than those in the norm,which was statistically significant(P<0.01);In the paranoia factor,the score was compared with the norm,P=0.039<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms and psychotic factors were compared with the norm.The P values were P=0.424(P>0.05)and P=0.682(P>0.05),The difference was not statistically significant.After treatment and before treatment,The scores of somatiz ation symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,hostility,and paranoia factors were significantly lower than before treatment,P=0.000<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.In the scores of terror and psychotic factors,the P value was P=0.058,P=0.102,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Clearing and Purging-Fire Method on treatment of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer with liver fire exuberance after surgery,has a good clinical efficacy.In addition,the effect on improving clinical symptoms,reducing the patient’s SCL-90 score,Another kind of thyroid cancer patients have a certain degree of negative psychology;Through drug intervention can significantly improve the patient’s negative psychology and help patients with thyroid cancer to reduce negative emotions and recovery,in generall,improving the quality of life of patients were obvious,safe and reliable.At the same time,Chinese medicine treatment has no obvious toxic side effects and adverse reactions,and has broad space for development. |
