The Effect Of Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao Recipe On NCT-A,DST And Blood Ammonia Of Liver Cirrhosis Patients With Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective:In this study,number connection test-A(NCT-A),digital symbol test(DST)and blood ammonia of liver cirrhosis patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy(MHE)before and after treatmet were observed.Changes in the scientific situation to objectively explore the effect of Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao Recipe on NCT-A,DST and blood ammonia of liver cirrhosis patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy,and provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy by Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,a prospective,randomized,and controlled design method was used to collect 60 patients with liver cirrhosis and minimal hepatic encephalopathy,who came from the department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Henan University,were collected from February 2017 to February 2018.A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients according to a 1:1 ratio.Symptomatic supportive care was used for both groups of patients,such as resting in bed,restriction protein diet,applying nucleoside analogues to HBV.anti-viral therapy,protecting liver and lowering transaminase,improving constipation.Two groups of patients were prevented from using other liver protectants and hepatic encephalopathy medicines during the treatment period.Patients in the combined treatment group take the Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao recipe(sichuan new green pharmaceutical company,provided by the the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Granule Pharmacy)once a day,melted with warm water and taken twice.In addition,patients in the control group take 15 ml lactulose(Trade name: Duphalac)three times a day,The total duration of treatment was one week.During the course of treatment,the NCT-A,DST and blood ammonia level changes in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The results were evaluated.Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao Recipe was used to treat liver cirrhosis.The clinical efficacy of minimal hepatic encephalopathy and its effects on NCT-A,DSTand blood ammonia,.Experimental date was analyzed using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The time required for the NCT-A test after treatment in both groups was significantly shorter than before treatment,and the treatment group was also better than in controls.The difference in time between the two groups of patients after NCT-A test was statistically significant(P=0.035).(2)The DST test scores after treatment in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,the rise was obvious in the treatment group compared with the control group,There was a statistically significant difference in the DST test scores between the two groups after treatment(P=0.043).(3)The blood ammonia level after treatment in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group had a larger decrease than the control group.The difference in blood ammonia between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.040).(4)The serum ALT levels after treatment in both groups decreased to some extent before treatment,and the reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The difference in serum ALT levels between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P=0.042).(5)The serum AST levels in both groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,and they were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the serum AST levels between the two groups after treatment(P=0.037).Conclusion:1.The Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao recipe can significantly shorten the time of NCT-A and increase the DST score in patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy.The clinical effect is better than the lactulose control group.2.The Jiedu Tongluo Kaiqiao recipe can significantly reduce the blood ammonia concentration,serum ALT,AST levels of liver cirrhosis patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy,The clinical efficacy is better than the lactulose control group.
