Analysis Of China’s Medical System Dilemma And Its Reform Path From The Perspective Of Social Optimization Management

The reform of medical system is an important part of the reform of the whole national economy and social system.It is an important force to promote and improve the development of the national soft power,which is of great significance to the construction of a socialist modern country.The reform of the medical system is closely related to the vital interests of the general public and is closely related to the people’s life.This paper,from the perspective of social optimization management,based on the in-depth analysis of the existing problems of the present medical system in China,makes a concrete study on the practical path of the reform of the medical system in China.The basic contents of this article include three parts.First,starting from the present situation of the development of the reform of the socialist medical system with Chinese characteristics,the course of the reform and development of the socialist medical system with Chinese characteristics has been expounded from the beginning,the primary development period,the exploration and development period and the key period of development since 1970 s.In the final stage of comprehensive development,we need to analyze the necessity of medical system reform in China.Second,according to the national conditions of China,this paper expounds the problems of the reform of the medical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,including the dual failure of the national government and the medical market,with the problems of medicine raising and medical resources unreasonable,and the inevitability of promoting the reform of the medical system from the perspective of optimizing the social management.Third,according to the existing problems,the specific measures of Chinese medical system reform are expounded from the perspective of social optimization management,including correcting the double failure of the market and the government,rectifying the medical market order,giving full play to the government functions,optimizing the allocation of medical resources and improving the equality of medical service water.The whole reform process of Chinese medical system reform is full of hardships and twists,but from the angle of social optimization management,the whole process of promoting the reform of medical system is organized,coordinated,instructed,regulated,supervised and rectified,and the social participation and the improvement of the social management ability will be promoted as a whole.The management level of medical system improves the quality of medical service.
