| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Vascular softening Pill in preventing phlegm and stasis obstruction of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods: According to the Random digital table method,66 patients who meet the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the traditional Medical center of the hospital in Henan Province in March 2017 ~2017 years December and the outpatient and ward of the encephalopathy department were divided into 33 cases and control group of 33 cases.The treatment gro up was given routine treatment and vascular softening pill,and the control group was given routine treatment.Both groups were 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the safety indexes of blood,urine,feces,small liver work and renal function,as well as the carotid ultrasonography(intima-media thickness,plaque number,patch area,carotid artery stenosis)and the TCM syndromes.Data application SPSS21.0 software analysis.Results: 1.TCM syndrome total score: before treatment P >0.05,two groups have comparability,before and after treatment in two groups,p<0.05,two groups of treatment were effective;after treatment,the two groups were compared P<0.05,which showed that the treatment group had better effect.2.Intima-Media thickness(IMT): Before treatment P>0.05,the two groups were comparable,the two groups were compared,p<0.05,showed that the two groups in the reduction of IMT are effective,two groups after treatment,p<0.05,significant difference,indicating the effect of the treatment group is obvious.3.Carotid atherosclerotic plaque Area: Before treatment,p >0.05,two groups were comparable,p<0.05,two groups were effective in reducing plaque area,the two groups were significantly different than P< 0.05,which showed that the treatment group had the advantage in reducing pl aque area.4.Number of carotid atheroscl erotic plaques: Pre-treatment P>0.05,the two groups were comparable to each othe r before and after treatment,p< 0.05 showed that the two groups were effective in reducing plaque number,and the difference between the two groups was significant after treatment,which showed that the treatment group had better effect in reducing plaque number.5.Stenosis degree: The value of P was greater than 0.05 before treatment in both light and moderate groups,all of which were c omparable.Mild: In the treatment group and the control group,the P value was less than 0.05,which indicated that the two groups were effective in improving the degree of mild vascular stenosis,and the comparison of P< 0.05 in the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group had advantages in improving the mild vascular stenosis.Medium: Both the treatment group and the control group were less than 0.05,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving the degree of moderate vascular stenosis,and the comparison of P<0.05 in the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the moderate vascular stenosis.6.The curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total eff ective rate of treatment group is 86.67%,the total effective rate of control group is 73.33%,the r ank and test p<0.05,the difference is obvious,it is obvious that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome.Conclusion: 1.Vascular softening Pills can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of carotid atherosclerotic plaque with phlegm and stasis blocking collaterals.2.The vascular softening pill can effectively improve the indexes of carotid ultrasonography(intima-media thickness,plaque number,patch area,vascular stenosis rate).3.Blood,urine,fecal routine,small liver function,renal function and other safety indexes were not abnormal,and no adverse reaction was found in the treatment of vascular softening pill,which was a safe and effective drug for treating carotid atherosclerotic plaque with phlegm and stasis obstruction. |
