Evaluation For Efficacy Of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo Prescription In Treatment Of Diabetic Gastric Paralyze And Its Effect On Radionuclide Gastric Emptying

Objective: Play the characteristic and advantage of Chinese medicine in treating DGP,Through observed the clinical efficacy of yiqi yangyin huazhuo tongluo prescription in treating DGP and its effect on radionuclide gastric emptying and serum motilin,to explore the possible mechanism and provide objective basis and thought for the treatment of DGP with pure Chinese medicine based on clinical differentiation of symptoms.Methods: This study selected 72 cases of DGP(qi and yin deficiency combined with turbid stagnation)in Department of Endocrinology and cadre Ward in Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the same conventional symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was orally treated with yiqi yangyin huazhuo tongluo Particles and the control group was treated with Mosapride citrate tablets additionally,with a course of 4weeks.The changes in therapeutic efficacy,Chinese medicine syndrome score,radionuclide gastric emptying,serum motilin,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial glucose,the improvement of the effect was evaluated and recorded.Results: Baseline data of two groups of patients before the treatment includes age,gender,course of disease,Chinese medicine syndrome score,radionuclide gastric emptying,serum motilin,FPG,2h PG,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.89%和 69.44% respectively.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and The TCM syndromes integral,serum motilin FPGN,2h PG in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the gastric emptying rate in 2h and 4h were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),while in the treatment group,the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The decrease of serum motilin was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05)and the increase of gastric emptying rate in 4 hours was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).,There was no significant difference in adiponectin level,FPGand 2h PG(P>0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment.Conclusion: Yiqi yangyin huazhuo tongluo particles in the treatment of DGP(qi and yin deficiency combined with turbid stagnation)has its curative effects,It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,Shortening the time of gastric emptying,The mechanism may be related to promoting gastrointestinal motility and regulating gastrointestinal hormones.and and has no significant adverse reactions,It is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
