The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression(Shenxu Ganyu Type) By Yishen Jieyu Tongluo Decoction

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yishen Jieyu Tongluo decoction in the treatment of post-apoplectic depression(shenxu ganyu type).Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The control group was given fluoxetine capsule on the basis of routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Jieyu Tongluo decoction.The scores of HAMD scale,TCM syndromes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD scale and TCM syndrome between the two groups(P>05.0).After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,the score of Hamd scale in the treatment group was(10.97±6.00),significantly lower than that in the control group(13.97 ±6.05)and in the control group(13.97±6.05).The score of NIHSS in the treatment group was(6.14 ±3.11).It was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.94 ±3.92).The score of ADL was(67.71 ±15.40).It was significantly higher than that in the control group(58.42 ±16.92).The score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was(6.34±1.81),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.00±2.63),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 62.85%,All the above indexes were significantly different(P<05.0).Conclusion:Yishen Jieyu Tongluo decoction in treating post-stroke depression(shenxu ganyu type)can not only improve the depression state of the patients,but also help to eliminate some somatic symptoms,and to improve the neurological function and daily life ability.No obvious side effects are observed and the safety is good.
