Clinical Research Of Medical Ozone Water Acupoint Injection Combine Diprospan On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and whether it safe of ozone water acupoint injection combine diprospan when treating the knee osteoarthritis,and to explore a new way for this disease.Then can provide a clinical basicwhen choosing the method.Methods: 75 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups: medical ozone water group,diprospan group,and combine group,then there are 25 in each.When beginning the treatment,joint cavity puncture and the effusion extraction were first performed,the injection acupoints were Liangqiu,Xue Hai,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Sanyinjiao,2ml each point.The ozone water group: rinse the knee joint cavity first,then ozone water acupoint injection.Diprospan group: first perform joint cavity puncture,then inject the compound diprospan slowly.The combine group:first joint cavity puncture,then compound diprospan injection,ozone water acupoint injection at last,the second and third treatment were the same as the ozone water group.The treatment will be performed weekly,3 weeks continuously.The evaluate index and the time:VAS,Lysholm,WOMAC were evaluated before the treatment and the third treatment.After all the treatments will value the safety.Results:1.Baseline comparison: The three groups age,gender,course and the side of disease have no significant differences(P>0.05).The VAS,Lysholm and WOMAC scores between the three groups have no significant differences either(P>0.05),then the three groups are comparable.2.Comparison of efficacy: Inner group comparison: after the treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the three groups were significantly lower,the Lysholm was significantly higher than before(P>0.05).Among groups comparison: therewas no significant difference between ozone water group and the diprospan group after the treatment,(P>0.05),but there is significant difference between combine group and other two groups(P<0.05).3.Safety comparison: All the patients safety level are 0,telling they are all safe treating method(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The efficacy of combine group is much better than only use the ozone water or diprospan,can relief the symptoms of this disease,is rather dependable.Indicating it is a new method for this disease.2.The only use of ozone water or diprospan both can relief symptoms of this disease,have the same efficacy and safety standard.
