Objectives:CytoMetric bead array(CBA)was used to detect the expression levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of patients with lymphoma, and the relationship between clinical features, treatment response and prognosis with the levels of IL-4 and IL-10.This experiment provides an experimental basis with immunotherapy and prognosis evaluation for tumors. Methods:The 22 newly diagnosed lymphoma patients admitted to the Department of Hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2016 to September 2017 were newly diagnosed experimental groups. The 22 patients with complete remission of lymphoma were complete remission experimental groups. The 23 cases of physical examination in oxur hospital as a healthy control group.3 ml of peripheral blood were collected from the above three groups.the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the serum were measured by flow bead array technology and clinical data from the above three groups. The relevant experimental data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software, and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:1.The expression level of IL-4 were higher in the newly diagnosed group than in the complete remission group and the control group(P values were 0.002 and 0.003,P<0.05).The expression level of IL-4 in complete remission group was lower than the control group with no statistically significant(P=0.341,P>0.05).2.The expression level of IL-10 were higher in the newly diagnosed group than in the complete remission group and the control group(P values were 0.059 and 0.134,P>0.05);The expression level of IL-4 in complete remission group content was lower than the control group with no statistically significant(P=0.495,P>0.05).3.There was no significant correlation between the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in patients with lymphoma and age,β2-microglobulin,clinical stage, lactate dehydrogenase, and the presence or absence of B symptoms(P>0.05).Conclusions:The levels of IL-4 in patients with newly diagnosed lymphoma were higher than those in complete remission group and healthy control group, while the IL-4 level in complete remission group was lower than that in healthy control group. The levels of IL-10 in newly diagnosed lymphoma patients was higher than that in complete remission group and high in healthy control group trends, while the IL-10 level in complete remission group was lower than that in healthy control group. It suggests that the expression levels of IL-4 and IL-10 may be related to the disease state and the change of the disease in lymphoma patients. |
