Research On The Optimization Of Rural Medical Security System Based On The Satisfaction Of Empty Nest Elderly

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the number of people working outside the home has continued to increase.This has led to an increase in the number of empty-nesters in rural areas.The rural medical system is difficult to be effectively met.At the same time,their medical care is difficult,and the problem of expensive medical treatment also causes problems in rural areas.The medical system is under some pressure.The traditional rural medical insurance system has not played a significant role,which has also prompted the emergence of a comprehensive medical insurance system.This paper is based on the current situation of the rural medical insurance system in Nanchang County,starting with the satisfaction of the empty-nesters,taking Nanchang County's villages as the object of investigation,and randomly selecting empty nesters to use field surveys and interviews to measure the empty space in Nanchang County.The situation of the medical insurance system for the elderly in the nest is well understood.Through data analysis,a descriptive analysis of the satisfaction of the empty-nesters in the rural medical insurance system in Nanchang County was conducted.Logistic regression analysis was used to derive the influencing factors affecting the satisfaction of the rural medical system,and to provide references for improving satisfaction.Finally,through the analysis of related data,it was found that most of the empty-nest old people are fairly satisfied with the rural medical system,and the payoff line,reimbursement ratio,and scope of reimbursement can significantly affect satisfaction.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the actual situation in Nanchang,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: First,scientifically set the starting point of the medical insurance,adjust the medical behavior choices;Second,determine the level of reasonable medical insurance compensation,convergence of medical insurance system for serious illness;third,consolidate The basic drug system broadens the level of medical insurance compensation.
